Weekly Journal Entry # 4

Since I was a kid, I`m fascinated with soldiers. They look cool and thought, which makes me also dreamed of being a soldier. So now what happened? As you can see, I`m writing this journal instead of training to be a soldier. But don`t get me wrong, I love where I am right now. But what is the point of talking about an unfulfilled dream, as you might think? Well few years back, I saw a documentary about the training of the Philippines Scout Rangeres. The documentary explained how this brave soldiers are shaped to be an elite force.

What caught me the most is their emphasis on respect, trust, and loyalty. In order to earn this things, you need to work for in numerous situations. Loayalty, trust, and respect made this soldier rely on each other like a brother. Going back to me, even though I did not became a soldier, I embody their their value on trust, respect, and loyalty. In every relationship that I build, ensuring this things is a necessary component. This values enabled me to find good friends that brought me where I am right now.
