Polar bears are endangered because of climate change. And its melting the ice in the arctic, which they need for the habitat and to hunt.

Right now there about 25,000 polar bears in the arctic. And scientist are saying with climate change, The polar bears could be wiped out by the year 2100 .

This is a hungry bear trying to hunt with barley any ice.

With the ice melting the bears are getting less food. They use the ice like raft's and catch seal. Seals also use ice when they need to breath from out the water. Without that they aren't really around either, Which makes it harder for polar bears to eat.
