The Covid- 19 pandemic has been present in the Philippines for quite some time now and the university I am attending to conducted an online teaching and learning instead of face to face classes. I opted to go back to my home province in order to be with my family and of course, to avoid the high cost of living in Manila.

One day, I realized that my time being with my family reached to an end. With the term ending, I needed to return to the city to get ready for 4th year. Thinking of going back to Manila, I felt scared. I shared my sentiment to my mom and I told her that my fear was due to the severity of the virus in Manila.
