This is the story of a puppy named Millie. 

Millie was a very loved puppy that had a wonderful mom and plenty of friends at home.

When Millie's mom said it was time to go outside that meant that they were going to have a lot of fun! Millie loved to go play outside with her mom and with all of her friends. She would play catch, run around the yard, and she also got to use the bathroom.

Let's go outside!

Bath time!

Sometimes when Millie got done playing outside, she would get so dirty! Her mom said she would have to get a bath! Millie did NOT like baths!

Millie did love when her mom would give her treats and big hugs! Millie would even give her mom a big kiss!

Look at all of those treats! Millie was such a spoiled puppy! She even got toys if she was a good girl! She had a ball, a stick, and stuffed toy!

At the end of every day, Millie would get to sleep in her mom's big and cozy bed! Millie loved snuggling with her mom!

Millie's whole world as she knew it was about to change. She woke up one morning and her mom and all of her things were gone! Her lamp, her table, her picture, and her dresser were all gone!

Although Millie still had her grandma and her friends, she still felt so forgotten! Why would her mom leave her family? Millie's grandma said that her mom would come back home, but Millie did not believe it.

It's okay! She'll come back some day, kids.
