I'm Bobby, his assitant and I know a lot about animals too. In fact, I'm one of them!
But before to start, do you know in which categories can we classify animals?
Tell us examples about different kind of ways to categorize them.

Could you tell me the name of these animals ?

We can classified animals depending on the characteristics we look at.
Today, we are going to look at some animals by the internal structure of their bodies:

Vertebrates animals
Invertebrates animals

and
Vertebrates animals have internal skeleton.
The skeleton is formed by strong bones.

There are five groups:
Fish, Reptiles, Birds, Mammals and Amphibians

They move walking, jumping, running, climbing swimming, flying or creeping.
Invertebrates animals don't have skeleton, so they don't have bones.

In this case, there are six groups:
Sponges, Jellyfish and Corals, Worms, Mollusk, Echinoderms and Arthropods.
