It is late September, and winter is on its 

way. In Montana, grizzly bears are on 

the move ,preparing to hibernate , and 

on the search for food. Beary and 

Grizzold, two brother bears head down 

to the near by lake for their favorite 

sanck , fish.

Beary and Grizzold arrived at the lake and 

noticed there was very little fish."Daylight 

is still out , and we should jump in the 

lake to catch the fish. " Bearly said. Both 

of the bears jumped into the lake.

" Grizzold, there is hardly any fish in this lake, 

I wonder what is going on " Beary   said. I 

cant see , smell , or touch any fish , have they 

all gone to hibernate and traveled off 

."Grizzold, fish do not hibernate , I bet they 

went with the funny looking animals we saw 

last summer , lets come back tomorrow, they 

will probably be back" Beary said.

Bearly and Grizzold came back the next day 

looking for fish in the lake. "Hey " Grizzold   said , 

"There are those funny , smelly looking animals 

again , I think they may have brought the fish 

back, lets go see.   As the brothers got closer, they 

noticed that those funny , smelly animals were 

not only eating the fish, but all the fish were now 

gone.

The brothers had notice that   there were   no 

more fish in the lake for them to eat. The 

brothers came up with an idea , that the next 

day they would search for another place to eat. 

"Tomorrow, lets go to the lake on the other 

side   of the mountain " Beary said" Great Idea 

brother" growled Grizzold.

So the brother bears traveled over and 

through the mountains, in search for some 

food.

After traveling for a whole day, Grizzold and 

Beary finally made it to the river , where there 

was numerous fish to eat. They were also 

happy to see there were no , smelly funny look 

animals in sight.
