I dedicate this to the people who I have been with last week for our team building. Who has helped me heal and escape stress even for a short while and made me feel relaxed and really enjoy my experience there and also helped me build a stronger connection to God.

Last week I have made a decision that I can say I did not regret nor will I ever forget. And its me coming or joining our church team building in Cabuyao Laguna. And yes I myself was trying to fight myself not to come since I have many tasks that I have to do and our midterms in Sikolohiyang Pilipino is coming up and I really have to prepare for it. And believe me it was really difficult for me to say yes but I am glad that I did.
