They were born between 1946 and 1964 and are between 52 and 70 years old.

They are called Baby Boomers after World War II and with the return of the soldiers to their countries there was a period of economic growth and an increase in the number of births in families.

They are characterized by having large families, being conservative and value having a job for life. This generation values what they have and is monstrous.

Baby boomers appreciate formal and direct communications face-to-face, by phone, or by email. Because of their age, they are people with considerable purchasing power and a high level of loyalty.

Chapter 2

Generation X

Generation X

Corresponds to people who were born in the period 1965-1978 and are between 38 and 51 years old.

It became popular in the media of the 1990s as a way of designating those who were teenagers at the time (and ironically the last members of that generation) and generally associated with the television channel MTV.

* They are descendants, in general, of conservative families.

* It is a generation that grew up along with technological advances.

* They carry out innumerable cultural activities, outdoors and like to share with family and good friends.

* Many are individualistic, single, do not have children and do not usually publish many things about their lives on social networks.

They use phone calls and emails as means of communication, although apps like Slack or Fuze are also becoming popular.

We define Millennials as those born between 1981 and 1997. This means that in this year, Millennials are in the 24-40 age range.
