It was a day when everything seemed to go wrong...everyone ignored me, and not even my pet dog respected me! I know, that somedays are dull, but I never thought it could be this dull!

I got ready to go to school and I was hurrying like anything! I finally got ready, and when I stepped out of my house, I met my classmates: Ann and Joyce

Ann: Oh, hi, Fenella! Where are you going?

Me (Fenella): Sounds funny! As if you don't know....

Joyce: Oh, that means you still don't know! The school's closed today.

Me: W-what?? B..but why?? Today's the exam!

Ann: Don't know why... the teacher 

informed Eve (leader) and she

 informed us.

Me: Hmmm... still can't believe they 

gave us a holiday...ok bye.. a-and 

thanks for informing me!

I walked back home, confused.

And I was surprised to see my mum, 

standing near the door burning

like fire!

Me: Um..h-hh-hi mum!

Mum: Why have you returned back? 

Trying to escape from the exam are you?!

She looked so angry that her eyes were 

tomatoes! Before I could tell her what 

had happened, the telephone rang.

My mum went to attend it and came back 

looking more terrifying!

Me: A-are y-y-yo-you okay mum?

Mum: It was your teacher, Miss. Lavender

who called me! She says it's your exam 

today! And you still haven't gone 

to school!

Me: But the school's cl-

Mum: Don't say a word!

To make myself feel better, I decided to go to the park. I was walking when I stamped the tail of a lady's dog! The angry lady's dog was about to bite me when I ran! Even this dog hated me...

I reached the park, bought some grains from the canteen, sat down on the cold bench near the birds and threw the grains for them to eat.
