David Bushnell built the one-man human powered Turtle submarine in 1776 AD.

The first manned hot-air balloon, designed by Montgolfier Brothers, took off from Paris on November 21, 1783.


John Fitch was first to build first Steamboat in US in 1787.


George Stephenson improvised steam powered Railway Engine, later called Locomotion, took 450 people 25 miles at 15 miles per hour in 1825. This was the first outing of the world’s first public passenger steam train.

The first Bicycle was invented in 1817 by German, Baron Karl von Drais.

The first Motorcycle was invented in Germany by Gottlieb Daimler and Wilhelm Maybach in 1885.


In July 1886, the newspapers reported on the first public outing of the three-wheeled Benz Patent Motor Car, model no. 1 by Carl Benz.

On December 17, 1903, Wilbur and Orville Wright made four brief flights at Kitty Hawk with their first powered Aircraft.
