Prologue

Winter, Wright, and Pokoll stood in the town square of XXS43, standing among the police who just got done throwing Ikoko in jail. The police looked around at the trio, laughing at the dog-person. "Who are you, weird human animal?" chuckled an officer. "I think she's a Pog! One of the races that were eradicated in the Mentitian Explosion!" Winter's eyes bulged and she collapsed to the floor, crying. The officer walked away, when Winter chucked a knife at him. Wright saw him fall to the ground among his fellow officers. 

Prologue

Wright looked at Winter and shoved her to the ground. "Don't kill the officers!" he screamed, right before two officers carried Winter away. Winter screamed and tried to kill the officers, but to no avail. Wright watched as Pokoll ran into a building and screamed. Wright ran to follow him. When Wright entered the building, he saw Pokoll pinned to the ground, a knife in his stomach. He turned to see the figure of Ikoko Glipokee standing behind him.

Return of Ikoko

Wright had a sword stab into his stomach before he could grab anything. He staggered, collapsing into hundreds of boxes. They were in a warehouse. Glass shattered around him and sent a blast of air flying out. The shelf that Wright fell into collapsed on him, sending shards of glass scattering across the room and tinkling on the stone floor. Ikoko laughed and kicked Pokoll to the ground, dislodging the knife. Wright slowly came to his senses and shoved a huge box off of his leg. He got up and kicked Ikoko to the wall. Ikoko groaned and charged, two knives in her hands, knocking Wright back

to the floor. Wright grumbled and flipped into the air, dropkicking Ikoko in the face. Ikoko tumbled through the air and smashed into the wall. Bricks exploded out into the town square. "How did you escape?" asked Wright, grabbing Ikoko's limp body. "They... they didn't detain me."

Wright looked into Ikoko's eyes and demanded an answer. "How did they not detain you, dummy?!" Ikoko just laughed. "I... cloned myself. I just have to press this

button." She spammed the button, and dozens of Ikokos poured from it. She laughed and fizzled away. "That wasn't her either," laughed an Ikoko. Finally, the real Ikoko, with her Jjikki Jjikki, walked out and chuckled. "You haven't seen the real me since our air battle where you abused my power," Ikoko cooed, grabbing a rocket launcher. "If I die, I just help save Mentite. They don't need you, Wright. Give up now, throw yourself in a jail cell, and no one will be hurt." Wright lunged for Ikoko and shoved her. The button fell out and Wright knew.

Every Ikoko had the button. He smashed the button as Ikoko gasped. She grabbed the button from another clone and spammed it as fast as she could. Wright grabbed a rock and smashed the button. Ikoko screamed but the button got jammed. Infinite Ikokos began to spill from the button, as Wright groaned. Wright grabbed the rock and smashed it again on the button. This time, the button shattered, and Pokoll cheered, laying down. As Pokoll began to get up, Ikoko kicked him back down to the ground and shoved Wright to the floor. Wright

witnessed Winter smash through the wall and attack Ikoko just before he fell unconscious.

Escaping Ikoko

Wright woke up in a small jail cell, right next to Winter with a missing hand and Pokoll, still bleeding and dying. As Wright got up, a small insect crawled through the bars. It instantly began to grow, and Wright saw it was Shapeshift. "I'm just gonna ask," Wright groaned, "how are you alive?" Shapeshift explained. "I instantly came back when Winter killed the Sonobar king. I don't know how, but I came back. Now, do you want to escape here?" This completely confounded Wright. Shapeshift turned into a lion and smashed the bars. "COME ON!" Shapeshift roared, flinging Winter's limp body on his

back. Wright grabbed Pokoll and shook him. He woke up and saw Shapeshift. Pokoll shrugged and ran out of the cell. "Come on, everybody!" Wright cried, jumping on Shapeshift and helping Pokoll up. They charged, turning a corner and laughing. Shapeshift suddenly screamed and smashed the floor. Wright saw three Ikokos stabbing knives into Shapeshift. Wright punched the Ikokos and turned Shapeshift to the wall. "Oh, no," Wright groaned. Shapeshift smashed the wall and jumped out. Wright let go and grabbed Pokoll. Shapeshift and Winter 

Escaping Ikoko

plummeted from the top of a mountain. Wright looked and saw the city he was in before, far in the distance, and saw the ground miles below. Wright saw Winter wake up and grab onto the mountain, but Shapeshift wasn't as lucky. He broke all four legs when he hit the ground, and as he screamed, XXS43 native peoples ran out and began to stab stone spears into Shapeshift. Winter's jaw dropped as she slowly circled around, holding onto her grapple. She lowered herself and dropped down. Wright witnessed a duel between a native chief and Winter. 

Escaping Ikoko

Wright saw Winter mercilessly kill the people eating Shapeshift alive, and when the chief brought his sword down on Winter, Winter quickly blocked it. The last native warrior got up, a knife in his back, and kicked Winter. Winter groaned and slapped him across the face. He collapsed to the ground and moaned. It quickly turned into screams, and then he died. Winter kicked the chief in the stomach, sending him tumbling into a tree. He cried as Winter ran into the forest, passing by the chief's crying body.

Escaping Ikoko

Wright was grabbed by three Ikokos, and Winter was clearing the forest and going to the city. Wright grabbed Pokoll and shoved him to the floor. Wright unsheathed the Sword and cut an Ikoko in half. Pokoll laughed as Wright went through the Ikokos. Finally, an Ikoko bested him with a cloned Poglanium sword. "Oh, no, what's that sword made out of?" asked Wright, slowly backing away from the sword. Finally, he pressed a metal contraption on his wrist, and out came hundreds of missiles. Wright ducked and rolled to the side, escaping just as a boom

erupted through the halls of Ikoko's palace. Pokoll's body flew down the hall, collapsing next to Wright. Pokoll's chest slowly rose and fell, and Wright dragged him away. They walked down halls and turned corners, finally going round to a hall with an explosion in the middle. "We've been going around in circles," Wright breathed, continuing to pull Pokoll around until he found a small hole in the wall. He kicked it down, revealing a long stairway. He was in a colossal building. Wright was just about to carry Pokoll down the stairs when he fell.

Escaping Ikoko

Wright saw Voidsoldiers flying in circles around him. "We heard you killed the Sprite! FATANUS!" Wright ducked as the black bolt flew down and smashed the staircase. The Voidsoldier barely had time to react before Wright shot his own bolt at the Voidsoldier. He fell down the rest of the staircase, and Wright looked down. He could not see an end. "The staircase goes ten thousand floors underground, and has ten thousand aboveground. If you fall, you're gone," chuckled the Voidsoldier. Wright pointed his wand at the biggest Voidsoldier and cried

Escaping Ikoko

Torturous! The Voidsoldier screamed and clutched his chest, falling down the bottomless pit. He eventually hit the ground, his last scream echoing up the stairwell. Wright and Pokoll started running down, spells and knives flying everywhere. Finally, a Voidsoldier shot a Fatanus at Wright's leg, which broke and sent him tumbling into the huge shaft on the inside of the stairwell. Wright screamed and attempted to grab the stairs, but they just crumbled and broke Wright's hand. Wright began to pass out as he kept falling faster.

Escaping Ikoko

He continued falling, Pokoll holding onto him, when he passed out also. They almost made it to the ground when a certain sailor's spirit smashed through the wall and grabbed them. "I've picked a side," said the spirit, dragging the bodies out of the palace.

A New Planet

Wright slowly got to his feet on a ship. "BD-hub-uhb-uhb-uhb..." He fell straight on Pokoll, looking at Winter's and Shapeshift's unconscious bodies. "Sailor man?" asked Wright. The sailor walked down from the deck, chuckling and shaking Winter. Winter got up, saw the sailor, and grabbed her wand. The sailor opened his mouth to explain, but the spell was already spreading across him. He flew back with a whooshing sound, his body crumpling on the stairs. "You didn't kill him," Wright said, looking at the sailor's unconscious body.

Winter looked confused. "He's dead!" Winter cried, then he saw the faint yellow glow coming from around him. "He's a spirit?!" "Yes," said Wright. "A Stage II spirit. There are 5 stages of life. Stage I is alive. Stage II is solid spirit. Stage III is ghostly spirit. Stage IV is ghost. Stage V is dead." Wright looked at him. He grabbed the body and kicked it. The sailor awoke, screaming and pointing wildly at Winter. Winter laughed and cried Torturous! and the sailor flew backwards into the wall, wailing and clutching his chest. He eventually grabbed a wand and shot a quick

green bolt from it. Winter screamed as something burst through her veins and she slowly transformed into a beast. "The Transformous spell!" Wright breathed. Wright ran after the sailor, Sword turning on, when the sailor met Wright with his own. It was a pathetically quick battle. Their blades locked and released, clashed back together, and Wright kicked the sailor into the ship's wall. The wall crumbled, revealing water. Only water. Winter roared as Wright pulled Pokoll and Shapeshift behind him. Pokoll woke up and screamed. "Good,

you're awake. Now get up, carry Shapeshift, and let's GET THE HECK OUT OF HERE!" A wave smashed into Wright and Pokoll, drenching them with huge bursts of water. Wright heard an explosion and the ship began to sink faster. "We're all gonna die!" Wright heard the sailor scream, and the ship was now facing straight up. Wright managed to grab the dragon statue on the hull of the ship, screaming as Pokoll and Shapeshift fell into the waves. Wright climbed on top of the sinking ship and looked around. He saw their city close by, but also saw a

larger ship in the distance. "Grab a lifeboat and-" Wright was snatched by Winter's giant hand, dying, his ribs snapping, his breaths sporadic, until he grabbed the sword and thrust it into Monster Winter's huge arm. Monster Winter roared and tried to bite off Wright's head. Wright grabbed Winter and attempted to pull her jaws away from each other. She wailed and bit down again. Wright screeched and used the Sword to cut off one of her teeth. "Detransformous!" Wright boomed, as Winter slowly turned back into a Pog. She was knocked

out, and Wright dragged her away to get back up to the top. Then, Pokoll was in the air as soon as Wright went airborne. Winter and Shapeshift woke up as Pokoll and Wright flew through the air towards the city. Shapeshift transformed into a bird and laughed, and Winter, screaming, climbed up onto Wright's jetpack and pressed Turbo mode. Wright screamed as the jetpack plummeted towards the city. The jetpack exploded and Winter and Wright plummeted to the city below.

Wright opened a Jjikki Jjikki and floated down, holding onto Winter until they made it down. Winter dropped down and Wright softly brushed on the ground. Winter laughed as Pokoll and Shapeshift made it safely to the ground. The team ran, heading for the dock to get a better ship, when Ikokos and Voidsoldiers popped out from the forest. Methionyl walked out, chuckling as his eyes flickered red. "You underestimated me, Wright. Pokoll underestimated me. This is your future. This is Pokoll's future, but Pokoll's past is also your future.

A New Planet

I explored and found what I call the Far Lands. You'll never catch me in the act of what I have done." His eyes flickered once more, then stayed red. They shone like the embers of a flame. Mentite's flame. "YOU HELPED DESTROY IT!" Wright was instantly on Methionyl. "No-one has killed me yet. What leads you to believe you, a simple Koikian warrior, can defeat me?!" Methionyl's hand flew off and flipped across the darkening sky. Methionyl screamed and blocked Wright's next attack. He kicked Wright's stomach, sending him flying back

into the bushes. Wright watched as Methionyl grabbed Ikoko, punched her, and flew away into the night sky.

Quest for the Far Lands

Wright looked, in awe, as Ikoko and Methionyl soared away, Ikoko screaming in pain. "Somebody save MEEEEEEE!" she screeched, as Methionyl flew eastward. Wright looked up and ran for a boat. Two Voidsoldiers pulled out Spacewands. Wright's wand flew out as he screamed "Disarmify!" and the Voidsoldier's wand flew out of his hand, spinning across the sky and landing in Pokoll's hand. "Limpify!" The other Voidsoldier flew into the bushes. Wright began to fly up on his jetpack, chasing Methionyl down. Fatanus! Methionyl's wand was out and the black bolt was heading for Wright.

"Deflecto! Disarmify! Limpify!" Three separate bolts burst from Wright's wand and hit Methionyl. The first drowned Methionyl's spell in blue light. The second sent Methionyl's wand flying. The third, despite Methionyl's screams, hit him and sent his body flying. During this ordeal, he never released the screaming Ikoko, still heading eastward. "Torturous!" Wright sent another spell hurtling toward Methionyl, who was already tumbling through the air like a Koikkfruit in a dryer. Methionyl screamed, his body stiffening and shaking.

Now Ikoko was holding onto Methionyl for dear life. When Methionyl finally came back, he kneed Ikoko's face, knocking her out. "Limpify!" Wright's body flew back in a ragdoll state, collapsing into a hotel's roof pool. People screamed as Voidsoldiers circled the building. A man grabbed a wand from his belt and sent Fatanus at a Voidsoldier. The Voidsoldier plummeted, two more instantly killing the man. More people pulled out wands. Wright laughed as a collective blast of blue light smashed into the Voidsoldiers, who screeched and flew

into the sky. "We've been practicing for the war that we heard was coming. We got news that the area around where Mentite used to be was having unnatural space-time shifts. There were also times when the whole area erupted in light and Mentite flickered back to us. Oh, Mentite," cried the man, suddenly rubbing his head vigorously. Commandify!  Wright heard a voice whispering in the darkness. Then, the man's wand pointed at Wright. His lips started to form the killing spell, but Wright was quicker. Disarmify! The man's wand flew out of his hand,

plummeting off of the roof and shattering on the ground. Wright kicked the man to the floor, knocking him out and turning to the source of the whisper. Limpify! The whisperer flew backwards off the top of the building and scraping down the side. Nalonii Levi-  The man's wand failed, electrocuting him as he hit the ground. Blazify! Wright screamed as fire exploded around him. Voidsoldiers chuckled and shot spells. Fatanus! One collapsed into the pool, turning the water red as it dissolved. "Voidsoldiers fizzle away in water?!"

Dousify! Water erupted onto the fire, instantly putting it out as Wright raised his wand. The water unnaturally bent, then he thrust his wand forward. The water poured down on the Voidsoldiers, who screamed and fizzled away. Wright laughed and flung his wand back and into the Voidsoldiers hiding in the night sky. They too dissolved like Koikksalt in the water. Wright finally collapsed to the ground, exhausted from the fight, when he finally was carried away by Pokoll. "Pokoooooh?" he asked, exhausted.

He awoke on a ship, Pokoll planning to get off. Wright shoved through him and saw a small island. Fatanus! Wright screamed at a Voidsoldier, who collapsed to the floor, gasping for air. Two men ran out and shot Disarming spells at Wright. His wand flew out of his hand, hitting the sand. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" cried the armored one, crying next to the Voidsoldier's body. "What the heck do you mean?!" asked Wright, looking closer into the Voidsoldier's face. Then, Wright knew before it was said.

The man in Koikian casual clothes pulled off the black robes, revealing a dead Koikian man, sprawled out on the sand. Wright's eyes bulged. "IT'S KOIKKTOBER 31ST!!!! HE WAS CELEBRATING KOIKKOWEEN!!!!!" the armored man screamed, sending a Fatanus at Wright. Wright kicked, and his heavy boot blocked the spell. The boot burned away, revealing Wright's Sockoikks. "I thought it was a Voidsoldier! Who walks around in this day and age, where REAL Voidsoldiers walk the streets, where New Mentitians are randomly disappearing, and

DRESS UP as a VOIDSOLDIER while celebrating an OLD, EXTINCT HOLIDAY?!?!?!?!?!" Wright advanced on the Koikians, ready to attack with the Sword, when the armored man kneed his stomach. He stumbled backward, when the armored man grabbed his hands. "Oh, thanks! You're gonna KNOCK ME OVER and PICK ME BACK-" Wright could not finish his sentence, for the armored man picked him up and flung him backwards above him, smashing poor Wright's body on the ground. "Fatan-" Wright began to cast the spell when the other

one kicked his backup wand out of his hand. Pokoll sent a spell flying over all of them which drowned the two of them in sparks. They collapsed to the ground, groaning and rolling around. They finally fell unconscious, still twitching like wounded Kopplopi. Wright started to laugh when the sparks knocked him out too.

Wright woke up, seeing the two men and Pokoll, with Winter and Shapeshift finally reappearing, and the sailor, whose name was apparently Charles, based on his

autobiography, This Side of Mentite. Wright looked around and saw everyone talking. "Oh, sorry, Wright!" cried Pokoll. "These are my friends. The armored one is Rock-" Rock smiled and took off his helmet. His bright purple eyes gleamed with the force of a thousand Mentites. He laughed and looked at the other one. "That's Kick. He survived the Scrapper Wars while I fought against him. We became friends after Bloodburst died fighting... me." Pokoll chuckled. Kick kicked Wright's face, sending him flying backwards into the wall. "That-"

Kick stifled a laugh and turned - "is why they call me Kick." He nodded his head and walked away. Rock was on him, kicking and flailing and head-butting Kick. Kick finally collapsed, groaning and crying on the floor. Wright got up and grabbed Rock, about to get revenge when - SMASH! A man with an elongated head smashed through the wall, unconscious. A warrior with orange and blue war paint ran into the room, looking for the elongated head man. He looked over at Wright and his head perked up. "OH! It's really you, Wright?! I'm Zek, your biggest

fan!" Zek looked at the long head man, nudging the body with his foot. "That's Lucas, my nemesis. He's been killing people in my village for decades." Zek was about to bring the sword down on Lucas when he awoke. Lucas grabbed the sword and flung it backwards, sending Zek's body flying back into a table. He fell on his back, smashing the wood in two and collapsing in a heap in the middle of the rubble. Glasses and goblets smashed and shattered, landing on Zek and drenching him in various beverages. He finally staggered

to his feet, grabbing his long assault rifle and shooting. Lucas blocked all the shots with the top of his head, which absorbed the bullets. "しsmいh絵ыսհւსㅁ," laughed Lucas. "I have brains in my feet. I am not like you. I came from a faraway planet. I crashed here. I witnessed you people land here hundreds of years ago. My lifespan is almost over. You will not kill me. I will die of my time." Lucas laughed, a weak, cold laugh, and kicked Zek to the floor. "Nobody will stop me from destroying you," Lucas's interpreter cooed, as he sent a sword flying into Kick's

stomach. He blocked it as Wright, Pokoll, Winter, Shapeshift, Kick, Rock, Charles, and Zek simultaneously attacked. Lucas screamed and called for Methionyl, who suddenly appeared and grabbed Pokoll. "SOMEONE SAVE ME!" he screamed as Methionyl waved his hands. A swirling black portal appeared, and Methionyl kneed Pokoll, who fell back into the portal, screaming. Methionyl jumped in after him, his laugh still echoing through the room. The team were on a ship, still heading east from the main continent. Finally, the ship rocked

and began to sink. The team ran out and saw a huge continent in the distance, lined with endless rows of blank white buildings. They had reached the Torture Complex.

The Torture Complex

"I've heard legends," breathed Kick, "but I never knew that it was real." He walked slowly, his boots sinking into the sand with long crunches. He opened the front door of the main building, his eyes widening as he got inside. A huge Poglanium-gold chandelier, diamonds hanging from the curves of the lights. Kick saw two spirals of stairs leading up to the very top of the complex, where it was said you could feel the screams. Kick and Rock ran up the stairs as the two Pogs stayed behind with Wright and Zek. Wright grabbed the Pogs and ran up the stairs, 

The Torture Complex

Zek close behind. They eventually all met up at the top of the main Torture Complex. To the west of them, an empty ocean. To the east, miles after miles of blank white rooms. Wright shoved Winter off the edge. "JJIKKI JJIKKI!" he called, and Winter opened hers. Everyone else jumped, their Jjikki Jjikkis opening as they floated safely to the ground. Wright got up, unsheathing the Sword, and walked through the nearest row of packed white rooms. "Are you a hero? Can you free mEeE?!" a crazed New Mentitian roared, and then Wright heard a weird 

The Torture Complex

sound. "What? Who are you? What is that portal? I'm in pAiAiAiAiAiAin!" Then, Wright heard a Fatanus from inside the room, a scream, and a crumple. Wright heard Methionyl's signature laugh, then SMASH! The room crumbled. Methionyl was nowhere to be seen.

Wright grabbed Kick and Rock with each of his hands and flew up with them on the Sword's jetpack. Wright finally dropped them down on a random Torture Room. They laughed and landed, scattering the dust on the roof

The Torture Complex

of the torture room. "Is someone here to free me?" asked a man inside, when Wright's Sword dug deep into the metal roof. The roof set on fire, melting metal seeping into the room. Wright heard a scream, and when he busted open the roof and dropped down on the man, one of his eyes were on fire. The man screamed and Wright grabbed his wand. "Drenchify!" The man's head burst in a tsunami, and when it washed away, the man's left eye was blank white. He groaned and punched at the wall again. It gave way, collapsing into pieces. "Just what 

The Torture Complex

I needed," he groaned, grabbing Wright and kicking his stomach. Wright roared in pain, spiraling back as the man smashed the wall next to his torture room. Ikoko Glipokee laughed, her hair waving and flipping, and shot a Fatanus above Wright and the man, whose name was Rin. Rin looked up and saw Methionyl's body flip backwards over the edge of a nearby torture room, and he flew away in blue flashes of light. Charles suddenly appeared, laughing as he flashed invisible and visible. "Did you guys forget about me?!" he cried, smacking 

The Torture Complex

Zek's face, when Methionyl came back with Lucas. The one-eyed man, Rin, was walking back and forth when they came. Wright witnessed Rin knee Lucas in the face, sending him flying backwards into the torture room. Methionyl waved his hands, and everything went black.

The Torture Room

Wright was on his feet as soon as he could feel his consciousness. He looked around, seeing only a blank white room with a window. To his left and right, top and bottom, there was a small metal U-shaped handle. Wright looked out the small window and saw his friends next to him and across from him, and in the dead center, for everyone to see, was Winter. Winter was still unconscious, as was everyone except for him and Rin, and he did a roll call. "Me, Pokoll, Winter, Shapeshift, Kick, Rock, Rin, Zek, and Charles. Everyone's here and - Ikoko? Ikoko's here too." He saw a diary and wrote in it.

The Torture Room

He looked around for an exit and all he saw was more torture rooms. Skeletons were in some, dying bodies in other, and he even saw a beast chained up in one, roaring and kicking as he hung by his chained hands from the ceiling. Wright reached for his Teleportorb to get out, but it failed, saying  Out of range. Wright groaned and threw his Teleportorb at the wall. It made a dent in the wall and Wright decided to keep doing it. He continued throwing the Teleportorb at the wall as the dent got bigger and bigger. He laughed and eventually

The Torture Room

the wall broke. There was a tiny hole in the metal that the Teleportorb fell through. An intercom buzzed, saying The wall in Torture Room D3-67258 has been breached.   Wright jumped as the metal handles flew at him, wrapping around his ankles and wrists. It began to pull at him as gas slowly seeped out of a hole in the wall. At this point, everyone was awake. "DON'TTOUCHHIM!" Pokoll screamed, his voice echoing through the Torture Room. Wright started to fall unconscious again just as Winter began to scream. He shook himself awake, 

The Torture Room

his muscles beginning to tear, blinded and choking from the gas, and then Winter's leg broke in half. Wright broke free as everyone else did the same, and they smashed through their rooms and ran to Winter as the Ikoko clones swarmed around her.

The Battle of the Torture Room

Wright, Shapeshift, Rock, and Kick ran into the room together to see a swarm of Ikoko clones attacking Winter. "AAAAAAAAAH!" she screamed, her body getting ripped apart, until Shapeshift and Rock killed them. The clones collapsed to the floor, slits and shots in their bodies, and Winter saw Shapeshift. Wright jumped to his feet, flicking his wand and whispering ancient words. Lucas flew backwards, screaming and flailing, as Methionyl shot his own at Wright. Wright's body tumbled through the air and collapsed. Zek, Charles, Rin, and Pokoll entered the room, flinging spells at Methionyl. Methionyl screamed, his body smashing into the wall. Wright and Pokoll laughed, running out of the room to

lure Lucas. Meanwhile, Charles, Rock, Kick, Shapeshift, Rin, and Zek stayed back to fight Methionyl. Pokoll looked back to watch Zek and Rin fly backwards into the wall. Methionyl seethed and shot a spell at Shapeshift. Shapeshift's body exploded in a burst of flames that spread everywhere across the coliseum-like torture room, drowning Shapeshift in the blaze. Methionyl cackled and shot another spell at Zek, who blocked it with his armor and threw a throwing star at Methionyl. It grazed his cheek, splattering black blood on the wall.

Methionyl roared with pain, flinging his hands forwards. A huge fireball flew towards Charles, Rock, Kick, Rin, and Zek, knocking Zek to the floor. "Fatanus!" Zek tried to block it with his hand, but it swerved under the defense, smashing into his heart. Zek groaned, flinging another throwing star which stabbed into Methionyl's leg, and collapsed to the floor, dead. Methionyl, groaning and moaning, got up and saw the body. "It's over," he said to Rock, Kick, Charles, and Rin, shooting one last spell that exploded around them. They managed to escape as it

engulfed Methionyl. "You will never destroy me! I will always be here to attack you!" Then, they heard an explosion inside the room. Methionyl screamed and collapsed.

No matter how many enemies join you, friends betray you, and allies are lost in the wind, you need to keep moving. Don't let yourself give up. Don't let the sky fall," Wright barely managed to finish before Methionyl charged out with Lucas and an army of Voidsoldiers. Wright grabbed the Sword of Avengeance and began to fight Methionyl. to win. As Methionyl clashed with Wright at the edge of the cliff, Pokoll began to chuckle. It turned into a hysterical laugh, and Rock had to look up. When he did, he saw a golden glove adorned with diamonds, carrying Pokoll through the air. 

Rock laughed out loud as Pokoll dropped bombs on the Voidsoldiers, who scattered and screamed. Pokoll finally dropped one on Lucas, who roared in pain and blocked it. It flew back at Pokoll, who hit it back at Lucas. Lucas

screamed and kicked it at Charles. Charles screamed once, then the bomb exploded. "STAGE III!" roared Pokoll, as the bomb continued burning. "STAGE IV!" cried Rock. Then, Kick felt something inside of him. Don't let me die! Charles screamed in his head. You have to save us. We're all connected by who we are, William Bloodburst added. And then, as Charles collapsed into the flames, his life force entered Kick. Kick was now the strongest out of the three, flinging spells at Voidsoldiers and shoving heroes out of the way.

As the last few Voidsoldiers screeched and faded away, Lucas collapsed to the ground, and Rock grabbed Kick. Rock shoved Kick into the alley between three torture rooms and knocked him out. Rin ran in and did the same. They had to hide, because the worst was yet to come. Rock and Pokoll stood, watching over Lucas' unconscious body, and staring at the battle in front of them. Wright's glimmering Sword flashed and slashed in front of Methionyl, but Methionyl's Bloodburstium blade was just as ferocious. Wright's sword eventually cut Methionyl's

hunter coat, sending the bottom half out into the wind. As the cliff-face got nearer, Wright winked. His eyes bored straight into Rock's. Wright sent the Sword flying down onto Methionyl. The flash of light cut off his hand, which rolled off the cliff. "Now, Pokoll! Drop the bomb and get the others out of here!" Rock was confused. Then it all made sense when Pokoll dropped a huge bomb, pressed a button, carried the bodies, and grabbed Rock. Rock saw the plane above, then the sword slicing Wright in half down the middle.

"WRIGHT!" Rock finally awoke. Pokoll stood next to him, crying. Rock finally looked around, seeing Rin with his silver eye, Kick, still twitching from the Kick/Bloodburst/ Charles ordeal, and Lucas, his leg blown off in the explosion. "Who is Lucas?" Rock had to ask. Pokoll opened his mouth to talk a few times, but nothing came out. He finally cleared his throat, very slow and articulate, and said "Lucas is your brother. He was taken when he was eight by Methionyl, and raised to destroy Mentite. But he still had a basic idea of good, so he fought Methionyl and won, escaping Methionyl's

The wand stabbed into the window, pausing for a second. Then, cracks scattered across the huge window, finally exploding into tiny shards. Pokoll screamed and flew out of the plane, which was still spinning at high speeds. He woke up his brother, Lucas, and looked around for the prosthetic. "He can't hold on much longer." Lucas shoved a parachute on himself, Kick

Lucas opened Rin's parachute and shoved his unconscious body out of the ship. The cargo hold opened, leaving one solid wall. Rock opened Kick's parachute and kicked his face. Rock woke up in a cold mountain range, the bodies of his friends not far away. Rin had already left, Pokoll was snagged on a rock formation, and Kick was on the floor. Lucas was walking around, his metal leg clinking in the snow, until he saw Rock. "You-you-you-you-" Rock started, but Lucas already had his wand out. "I'm sorry,

Disarmify! Lucas's wand flew out of his hand, flipping in the air as Rock prepared for another spell. Limpify! Rock flinched as Lucas's body smashed into Pokoll's rock formation. Pokoll's parachute ripped and he rolled down the rock formation, laying next to Lucas on the floor. Rock looked down the mountain and saw scrappers walking through the snow towards them. "Kill... them..." coughed Kick. Rock turned around and

saw Kick with a spear in his chest. "No!" cried Rock. "Antillium!" The spear fizzled away and the wound repaired itself. "Now," coughed Kick, throwing the Sword to Rock. "You dropped it." The scrappers made it up just as the blade ignited. 

The scrappers ignited their own electric blades that the Sword could not stay on for long. Rock maneuvered his sword to the hilt of an electric blade, cutting it in half. The electric blade exploded, killing the scrapper.

As more scrappers poured in, and Rock saw Methionyl's figure standing amongst them, Rock slowly backed away. Then, a golden light blasted through the crowd of scrappers, choking some and simply killing others. Ikoko Glipokee communicommed Rock. "I'm coming to save you. I hate to admit it, but I need your help, Wright." "I'm not-" Rock started to respond, but the ships already were there. Guns blasted and blazed until one started a fire in the Scrapper City.

War with the Scrappers 

Rock looked closer and saw that the zooming golden flash of light was Wright. Rock cheered until he knew what that meant. "Spirit," he groaned, flinging spells and throwing stars into the faces of scrappers. Rock only stopped when Methionyl spotted Lucas. A blur of blue light flashed towards them and Rock jumped in front of it. Rock saw Methionyl's head at the front of the blur, his red eyes still gleaming with anger. Rock grabbed his rifle and smashed it full force over his head. Methionyl roared in pain, kicking Rock in the stomach. Rock flew backwards and landed on Lucas. CKKKKT! Lucas' metal

leg broke in half, his body collapsing into the sand. They were in the Scrap Scrap Mountains next to the Scrapper City, and west of the Scrap Scrap Tundra, which was just across the Scrap Scrap River from the mountain they were on. Rin and Kick finally got up but Pokoll would not move. Rock finally rolled a grenade down the mountain. The scrappers screamed and flew everywhere, some bodies rolling down the mountain and others smacking into Rock. Rock, Kick, and Rin fought on through the army of scrappers, Lucas groaning and screaming on the

floor. They finally made it to Methionyl, Kick fighting two scrappers at the base of the mountain. A knife slit Kick's stomach and he collapsed to the floor. Rock screamed and shoved his sword into Methionyl's chest. A faint screeching sound came from his armor, and he finally fell backwards, mundanely plopping on the floor. His lips formed a smile as two scrappers pulled him away, dragging a red stain across the sand.

one and tumbling onto Kick. "Leave... the... scrapper... city," Kick coughed, his sword detaching from its holster. "Goodbye... Rock..." Ikoko finally landed, shoving through the scrappers and making it to Rock. Ikoko saw Kick's body and kicked it away. Kick's chest fell, his hands falling to his sides and his body disappearing in a crowd of scrappers. Rock saw Lucas running towards him, his missing leg covered in scrapper armor. "You don't want to know how I got this," Lucas said, grabbing a scrapper by the hands and flinging him over his head.

The scrapper screamed, his body sinking into the snow. Lucas' eyes bulged, Ikoko flailing and trying to get out. "HOLD ONTO ME, LUCAS!" Rock roared, as the snow went up to Ikoko's waist. Ikoko roared in pain, smashing her fists into the snow, before it enveloped her completely. Rock finally blasted into the air on the Sword's jetpack, laughing as he saw Methionyl and his scrapper friends screaming in the pull. He dipped down, grabbing Pokoll as the snow tried to consume him. They then blasted away, heading for Bloodburst Spaceport.

Bloodburst Spaceport

Rock, Lucas, and Pokoll walked up to the entrance of Bloodburst Spaceport, hoping that nobody would fight them there. Pokoll had been fighting non-stop since he was eleven, when Ikoko Glipokee had destroyed his house. "MOM!" "DAD!" Pokoll was still thinking about it. Pokoll turned and saw his parents in a room. He screamed and ran for the jail cell, but two scrappers dropped from the floor and tackled him. William Bloodburst slipped in the cell and kicked Pokoll's dad to the floor. Rock grabbed his wand and pulled it out. "Dissify!" The glass shattered, and Pokoll shoved the 

Bloodburst Spaceport

scrappers off of him. Bloodburst already threw Pokoll's mom to the wall. "YOU ALL WILL PERISH!" he screamed, kneeing Pokoll's dad in the back of the head. Pokoll's dad collapsed to the floor, Bloodburst laughing. Pokoll ran in and grabbed his Koikian knife. He saw a Koikkcup in the middle of the room, broken into many small pieces, and he charged Bloodburst. The knife drove up his shoulder, stabbing out the other side. Pokoll dislodged the knife and spin-kicked Bloodburst in the face. Bloodburst staggered back, but Pokoll was shoved

out of the way by someone, noticing that the figure took his Sword. Two Swords of Avengeance ignited, filling the darkness with the face of Rock. Rock brought his swords down on Bloodburst, who blocked it with a sword. Bloodburst groaned, and his arm suddenly fell off. "GET-OUT-NOW-YOU-STUPID-BEAST-I-KILL-" Pokoll charged Bloodburst once again, knocking him to the wall and slicing his Koikian knife down his scalp. "WHY-THE-RED-HAIR-" Pokoll screamed, but hundreds of scrappers drowned out the rest of his words. Bloodburst laughed,

Bloodburst Spaceport

coughing out to Rock "As long as one is alive, the others survive." Then, Rock threw a Sword to Pokoll, ignited his, and together, they drove the blade into Bloodburst's chest. He coughed and dropped his dagger. "It's over, Pokoll... It's over... I am beaten..." Rock kicked him against the wall again, and his head lolled down.

Rock, Pokoll, and Lucas were in a cell, many scrapper guards dotting the outside. Pokoll and Lucas were asleep, Rock and Pokoll's parents still awake. They were

Bloodburst Spaceport

about to die when a figure dropped from a ventilation shaft, landing on a scrapper, and flinging throwing stars at the others. They collapsed to the floor as Rin cut open their bars. 

Pokoll, his parents, Rin, Lucas, and Rock were finally in the main hangar of Bloodburst Spaceport. They walked out, preparing to get out, when an explosion erupted across the spaceport, knocking everyone to the floor. 

Everything was a blur of smoke and rubble. Flames

Bloodburst Spaceport

erupted around them, the last screams of scrappers still echoing in the air. "Need any help?" someone asked from above. Rock looked up and saw a man with a metal lower half. Most of his face was metal, but from what was left of him, he could tell who it was. "Plook," breathed Pokoll, his sword dropping to the floor. And next to him, another familiar face. "Uggbug." Pokoll ran to meet them and jumped up to grab Plook. Plook pulled him up to the rafters of the crumbling spaceport, as ships exploded and towers collapsed around them.

Bloodburst Spaceport

Rin was ripped off his feet by a flying piece of flaming metal, tumbling into the air. "I've been trained to survive anything!" he called, then the flames enveloped him. Rock screamed, looking around for the source of the flames. He finally saw a puddle of gas, and a Scrapmatch next to it. He looked up and saw William Bloodburst's body stuck to the ceiling, a smile stuck on its face. "Who would fall to such lows that they blew up a spaceport made in their memorial?" asked Plook from the rafters, looking at the flaming body. 

Bloodburst Spaceport

Plook shot a grappling hook out of a hole in the ceiling, landing it on a tree. Plook flew out so fast that the hook snapped, sending Plook plummeting into the flames. Uggbug roared, running to chase after Plook, while the flames closed off Pokoll. Lucas and Rock ran, dodging flaming cords, explosions, and chunks of stone, finally making it into a small fighter ship. It could fit about 10 people, perfect for the team. Rock piloted the ship to land by Pokoll, who gasped and laughed. He got in, ordering Rock to head for where Plook stood, fires

Bloodburst Spaceport

seeping up his legs. They barely managed to grab him and Uggbug from the blaze before everything started to shake. They zoomed away, leaving Rin in the rubble, as what was left of Bloodburst Spaceport collapsed in a heap of dust and smoke.

Rock's Next Steps

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Rock smashed to the floor of the ship and rolled. He was never asleep. He only sat there on his Koikkphone. But now, as soon as Pokoll was allowed to fly, everything was going crazy. Shots echoed through the air and ships exploded below them. The window shattered and everyone shifted to the side. Guns from other ships were still firing at their ship, and Plook and Uggbug were stuck to the ceiling. Creatures squirmed and flipped around them in space as Sonobar ships closed in on them. 

Rock's Next Steps

"Pokoll, your flying is going to make me puke!" Rock screamed, throwing a smoke bomb into Pokoll's room. Rock dropped to the floor as smoke shrouded the room and Pokoll roared. The ship started flipping at high speeds, flinging Rock's body into Plook's. They smashed into the wall, waking Plook up. At this point, smoke was everywhere. Uggbug groaned and got to his feet on the ground, which was the ceiling of the ship. Lucas woke up to see Rock repairing the window. Smoke was now shrouding everything to the point where Rock's vision

Rock's Next Steps

was a gray cloud of death. Sonobar ships were still firing randomly at the ship. Rock stabbed the Sword into the ground (roof) of the ship, making a sawing motion clockwise. Rock heard a scream and someone fell on him. A hole in the ship opened and everything instantly got clearer. Rock gasped for air as someone's body flew out the window. Rock shot a grappling hook at the body, hearing a metal CLINK when the hook hit. Lucas, thought Rock, pulling the hook in. Lucas was grabbing at the hook and groaning when everything went black.

Rock's Next Steps

CLICK! The lights turned on and Rock jumped to his feet. He ran to Pokoll, leaving Lucas, Plook, and Uggbug to roll around and twitch on the floor. When Rock began to enter the cockpit and meet with Pokoll, the ship exploded, rolling across whatever ground they were on, causing a few screams around their ship. Who else is here? Rock thought, when everything collapsed. Rock lost Plook and Uggbug, and him and Lucas stood in the middle of a bustling hangar. Blobby aliens, tall aliens, monstrous aliens, weird aliens, and humans were all 

Rock's Next Steps

walking around them like nothing had happened. A few took small glances at them, trying so hard to ignore their presence. Finally, a man in a black cloak slowly lowered on a ship-fixing crane. His stomach was wiring, his torso was a metal plate, and his face instantly locked on Rock. "Kick," Rock breathed, looking at his destroyed face and metal plate. Kick limped towards the stairs, his hand also metallic. WAIT! Rock's thoughts blared through his brain. If Lucas got that new scrapper armor, but the hook made a metallic sound, then-! His thoughts were cut off by 

Rock's Next Steps 

the screaming of somebody in the ship's rubble. Kick began to run faster, tripping a few times, with a smile on his face. "My master has done it," he mumbled, laughing and running to the ship. Rock slid his foot out in front of Kick, tripping him and sending him tumbling down a nearby flight of stairs. Rock saw Lucas run into the ship, and seconds later there was another scream. Rock finally ran in to see strands of blue smoke leaving Lucas's unconscious body, and Pokoll Okllk, his skull smashed on the dashboard.

    The Last Hero

"POKOLL!" The scream echoed through the hangar, people suddenly running around and screaming. In the first few seconds after Rock's discovery, Methionyl was flying around and killing aliens, Kick slit Uggbug's throat, and Rock kicked Kick into a crumbling piece of the ceiling and wall. Kick roared as his bones snapped like twigs, giving way into a final seismic blast as even Methionyl was knocked off his feet, his eyes bulging. Dust from his brain sprayed everywhere, blinding the aliens, but Rock covered his eyes. Pokoll was gone and his body was 

The Last Hero

walking in a deliberate motion towards Rock. Methionyl's red eyes flashed in Pokoll's and Rock kicked him back. Rock's eyes moved towards his skull, which was broken and bleeding. He had large dents in his skull by his nose, which was shattered with shards of glass stuck in it. "DIE!" Pokoll roared, grabbing the second Sword of Avengeance and swinging at Rock. Rock blocked it with his own sword, and Pokoll laughed. Methionyl's figure appeared in the rubble of the ship, moving towards Pokoll. Rock kicked Pokoll back again, waiting for help.

The Last Hero

When none came, he brought his sword down to cut Pokoll in half down the middle. It sliced Pokoll's body in half, revealing strands of blue smoke, like what was emanating from Lucas's body, already latching onto each other and combining. Rock roared and kicked the strands, which were surprisingly solid. They split and twisted, grabbing Rock. Methionyl grabbed Pokoll and pressed a spot on his head. Pokoll could no longer move. His eyes frantically zoomed around the room, looking for Rock, when Methionyl clutched Pokoll's head. Pokoll 

The Last Hero

could only scream in his mind as Methionyl smashed his face against the control board. Rock's Sword quickly beheaded Pokoll, and before Methionyl could repair from the attack, Rock dropped the body into a pit of lava. Methionyl quickly escaped and landed by Rock.

Lucas finally awoke, groaning as his metal scrapper leg creaked. He stepped out of the rubble to see Methionyl slowly sucking away Rock's soul, chuckling and steadying himself to keep his balance.

The Last Hero

Lucas lunged for Methionyl, ripping his back open with a dagger. Methionyl roared in pain, blood pouring down his back, and threw a throwing star at Lucas. Lucas's leg flew up and he pressed a button on it. Methionyl's throwing star, along with his knives, dagger, and swords, stuck onto Lucas's leg. Lucas laughed as Methionyl's jaw dropped. His metal hand flew towards the leg, ripping off of Methionyl's body. Methionyl screamed, aliens shooting small purple guns at him. He finally started to fly away out of the hangar, when a huge ship rocketed

The Last Hero

into the hangar, smashing into the blur of blue smoke. Methionyl's disassembled cells splattered like a Koikkfruit on the concrete, dripping down the metal ship wall. Rock's mouth opened, starting to say "Rin" when the true rescuer opened the landing pad. When the figure got closer, Rock's jaw dropped. "I know, I know, merciless murderer, bad guy, hunter, etcetera-etcetera," yelled Ikoko Glipokee over the roar of the ship's engines. "That was all in the past! I'm here to rescue you."

           Rescue

Rock's mouth was still gaping as the team entered Ikoko's ship to escape the hangar. Lucas and Plook hobbled onto the ship, laughing about Ikoko's betrayal. Methionyl pieced himself together slowly on the wall as Rock stared from the ship's window. When Rock heard Ikoko slip into the room, he still half expected to see a weapon at his throat. Ikoko, though, only said "Well, wasn't that a grand entrance?" Ikoko laughed, kicking the window. It slowly rolled itself down to reveal two red eyes staring Ikoko down. Ikoko whipped out a knife and thrust it into the face of the attacker, causing him to

Rescue

recoil and fly back. "Now! We leave now!" Ikoko said, backing the ship out of the hangar. Voidsoldiers flew into the hangar as the Sonobar pounced out of the shadows, slicing poor aliens and kicking innocent Mentitians. A Draconi baby finally burst through a ship, roaring and breathing fire on the Voidsoldiers. The Voidsoldiers melted, screaming and spiraling onto Ikoko's ship. Ikoko quickly rolled up the window and blasted out of the hangar, leaving the Sonobar in the dust... until they shot grappling hooks on Ikoko's ship and reeled it in.

Rescue

Meanwhile, Kick's powdered bones were uncovered by Methionyl. "He was loyal..." Methionyl began waving his hands above the bloody mess. "He was heroic... Come back, Kick... You were... my greatest... supporter..." Methionyl finally thrust his hands into the mess, turning Kick into a person again. His Koikian robe was back, his stomach was whole, his torso was flesh, and he could walk normally. The only thing that Methionyl could not fix was Kick's hand, which was a stump on his arm. "Thank you, my lord... Is the boy still alive?" asked Kick, 

Rescue

staring into Methionyl's red eyes. "Rock," Kick clarified. "Where is Rock? I will kill him, gain the Sword, and end this." Methionyl laughed hysterically. "You are just another pawn in my plan! Commandify Eternalus!" Methionyl flung his hands, sending a purple bolt of light into Kick. "Wait - no - wait - no -" Kick straightened up, running for Rock. "It seems his mental will was too strong for me to control his actions, only his thoughts," Methionyl wondered, watching Kick run towards Ikoko's grappled ship.  

Rescue

In New Pogland, Pogs were thriving, repairing Queen Winter's body slowly in a tank of blood. The Pogs still held on with a population of 30, walking around their tiny village and trying to save Pog royalty from death. Queen Cloud, one of the first Poglandic queens, had a twenty-year-old Stage II spirit walking among the people. "It's okay. If Winter doesn't make it, I can rule you again! Buddy! Build an arena!" "NO!" a person, apparently Buddy, called from a nearby building. Queen Cloud's wand whipped out quickly and, as she prepared to kill

Rescue

Buddy, a Pog tackled her to the ground, one of her Pog-diamond necklaces shattered. Queen Cloud was right about to kill the Pog when a ship dropped down and carried more Pogs. They knocked Queen Cloud out with one punch, dragging her limp body across the ground to the one prison cell. "Buddy, keep building," mumbled Cloud, her head lolling to the side. 

Ikoko's ship was pulled deeper into the larger ship's hangar, grappling hooks shooting everywhere. Ikoko 

Rescue

ignited a flaming sword and drove it into the roof of her ship. A circular piece of the ship fell down next to Ikoko and Rock, and as the Sonobar continued grappling, Rock and Ikoko jumped onto the roof of the ship. Plook and Lucas were quick to follow, climbing up the ship's control board to jump onto the roof. The Sonobar noticed and let go of their grappling hooks. The ship began to rocket away into outer space and the team jumped off. Plook grunted as they hit the surface, and Lucas' leg made a squeaking sound. "It's over," Ikoko hissed, aiming a

rocket launcher at Methionyl's head. "Immortals get powers. This is my power. If I kick you, you fly upwards into the air and fall back down, dead. The only time it did not work was when I fought Die Time a loooong time ago." Methionyl laughed. "My power: I can touch your head and paralyze your body." Methionyl's eyes rolled to the top of his head. "Oh, memories. Pokoll is DEAD!" Methionyl ran to touch Ikoko's head when the rocket launcher set off. Kick emerged from the shadows in a blaze of fire as Methionyl flipped and rolled through the 

Rescue

air, finally smashing into the wall. Kick lunged for Plook, who blocked the shot and drove him off. Kick ran around and attacked Lucas, whose long head blocked every shot. "Your feet," hissed Kick, slicing off both of Lucas' feet in one fell swoop. "LUCAS! NO!" Rock pounced on Kick and jumped on his back, holding onto his face and ripping at his eyes. Kick roared in pain as Rock began to pull his head back. Kick flailed and screeched and twisted and - SNAP! Kick fell backwards, landing on Rock. Rock scurried out from under Kick's body. "We have to get rid

Rescue

of the body before Methionyl saves him," Rock said, kicking the body over and over until it landed in the same pit of lava Pokoll's body had gone in. "Now come on! It's time to get out of here!" 

Queen Cloud stomped around in the jail cell, crying and punching the wall. "Let me out! I am your queen! You listen to me!" "Please!" Two Pogs were shoved into the arena while Queen Cloud watched and laughed. "Guards, I want a two-v-two match. Get two more Pogs."

Rescue

The Pogs cried out as they ran to each other. During the initial running, the guards came back, finding no-one and coming back to Cloud. "We didn't find anyone!" called a guard. Cloud straightened and shot a guard in the leg, flinging a knife into the other's arm. "Now you are wounded. Go into the arena and see if the unarmed Pogs can defeat you two. IF THEY CAN," the Queen yelled louder so the Pogs could hear, "THEY CAN BE FREE!" The Pogs jumped up and cheered. Pogs watched in seats all around the arena as Cloud shoved the guards all the way

Rescue

down into the arena. "I swear," a guard called to Cloud, "if this gets us killed, our families-" The vicious unarmed Pogs charged the guards and snapped their spears like twigs. The guards limped back, but it was too late. A Pog was already on the first guard, ripping out hair and kicking his chest. The guard eventually collapsed to the sand, flooding it with red as the second guard whipped a punch into the face of one of the Pogs. SNAP! The Pog's neck instantly broke and he collapsed to the floor, laying in a pool of blood. The remaining Pog charged the guard

Rescue

and lost. The guard had a small knife tucked away in his sleeve, which poked out and thrust itself deep in the Pog's chest. He looked down, blood pouring down his body and legs, and collapsed to the floor, taking the guard's knife with him. Queen Cloud's jaw dropped and eyes bulged as he pulled out his bow and arrow, aiming it for Cloud's head. Her mouth opened to say GUARDS! but the arrow smashed into her skull. She collapsed to the ground and tumbled down the side of the arena, landing in a heap on the sand. The limping guard smiled 

Rescue 

and turned to leave. The other guards pounced on him and killed him. "Wait... stop..." They stabbed him and smushed him and shot him and kicked him and punched him until he was a twitching heap on the floor.  "Memories," said Cloud, walking up to the bars and ramming into them with her head. They crumbled and the guards began to shoot. "SILENCE!" cried Cloud, bursting the brains of the guards. They collapsed to the floor as Cloud bolted for the exit. Cloud was about to leave when a man rolled in and knocked Cloud out.

Rescue

Lucas laid in a special bed, surgeons planting different wires in his foot. The other foot, the one on the metal leg, was easily repaired by being latched right on with nerves attached. Lucas quickly got up, awake and happy, calling for Rock. On the other side of the ship, Zek, the strongman that perished in the Torture Complex, was walking back and forth in his hospital room, looking for the door. He saw a large stone and wanted to pick it up. Only one arm moved out to grab it. "Zek!" Rock called. "We need you. It seems Kick has escaped to Sono II."

                Mission

Ikoko and Lucas were right behind him, dragging an unconscious Plook into the room. "I-" Ikoko began, but Rock already kicked her into the wall. "Brother Rock, he was knocked out by mutinying guards," Lucas cooed, kicking the body to Rock and Zek. "And you," Lucas continued. Rock noticed he was speaking Mentitian, not the other language from before. "You were the one who died fighting my old master. Your fighting was pathetic." Zek charged Lucas, who grabbed Zek's right arm and shoved it to his side. Zek seethed and tried to punch Lucas with his left hand, which stayed completely inert,

Mission

limply hanging by Zek's side. "Anyway," groaned Rock, "we need to send you somewhere, Zek. We're going to need you to pilot your ship into the atmosphere of the planet Sono II and smash it - full speed - into the Sonobar HQ. Not to worry, we sent a transmission to the Bloodburst Spaceport ruins in the hopes that Rin, our healer, heard us. He should hopefully be directly below you as you blow a hole in the headquarters." Zek smiled, eyeing a ship parked next to them on Sono I, a safe planet for tourists. 

Mission

Zek walked through the halls, Rock and Lucas right behind. "So... I'm going to put my ship into hyperspeed, fly to that planet-" Zek pointed to the large ball of rocks in the sky - "and locate the Sonobar HQ. Once that is done, I go back into hyperspeed and smash into the HQ, hoping that some random guy comes to save me?!" "Yes," Rock simply said. "Now first, we must set the ship to be controlled with a single hand."

Queen Cloud awoke in a dark room where two cloaked 

Mission

figures chattered in the shadows. "I'm here," Queen Cloud whispered, and the figures turned. "I know," said one of them. "We put you here." Cloud started to get up, but chains held her back. CLINK-CLINK! The figures ran towards Cloud, but she broke free with one arm. "Our chains," said one of the figures. "They're-" Cloud punched his face, knocking him out instantly. "Let. Me. Go," Cloud seethed, breaking her ankle cuff and kicking outwards. Cloud saw the man fly back into a wall and smash it down. Rocks crumbled and dust flew all around.

Mission

Cloud slowly got to her feet and burst into a sprint. When she ran through the rubble of the wall, it was only a narrow hallway that went in all directions as far as the eye could see. Cloud decided to go left, running as fast as she could toward the light at the end of the hall. She saw the two figures chasing her, and when she turned a corner and went right, two more were there. She whipped out a wand and whispered "Commandify". The figures straightened and walked to the other two. The figures simply said "She went that way" and pointed 

Mission

left. All four figures floated left, letting Cloud throw a grenade at them. They turned and locked eyes with Cloud as their bodies smashed into the walls, ceiling, and floor. Cloud ran and ran, finally reaching a room. "What the?" she asked, looking around at the room. "I..." she started, when she saw the signs. Green Zebras Cafeteria, it said. "A school cafeteria," she breathed, chuckling lightly. She saw a window and ran out. "Finally! I'm free!" She jumped out and fell, fell, fell, plopping like a rock in the ocean. 

Mission

Zek's ship finally was ready to be used by him. Zek slowly walked up the landing pad, going to his cockpit. "We got a transmission from Bloodburst Spaceport. We think Rin will be there." Zek slowly lifted into the air and blasted away.

Zek's ship popped out of the void in the atmosphere of Sono II, the main Sonobarese planet. He dipped down low to the surface of the ocean, waves splashing onto the roof of his ship. Zek flew up, up, up, looking for the HQ

Mission

that would give him a small victory: Annihilating the Sonobar. Zek saw a futuristic building, glinting in the center of a large city with many Sonobarese buildings. Zek backed up, took a deep breath, and flipped a switch. For a few seconds, nothing happened. Then everything went black.

                  Ashes

Zek's ship exploded with the force of a nuclear bomb, dropping his body like a rock. Zek's eyes locked on someone in the lower floors of the skyscraper. Kick. His eyes flashed with red-hot rage as the ceiling rained down on him. Zek's lips twitched into a smile. SMASH! His body fell straight onto Rin's. Rin grunted, dipping his ship down, and landed on the outskirts of the city. At this point, the mega-skyscraper of the Sonobar HQ was raining chunks of rock on the other buildings, making them collapse. "This result was not anticipated," said Rock over a communicomm. Zek only grumbled and

groaned in response. "He's dead," said Rin. "ZEK?!" boomed Rock through the communicomm, bursting Rin's eardrums. "No. Kick was crushed in the tower's collapse." 

Ikoko and Methionyl were together in a large building. Ikoko chuckled and kicked Methionyl in the stomach. He flew backwards and smashed into the wall, tumbling to the floor with a roar of pain. Methionyl stared at Ikoko and waved his hands. The ceiling crumbled and smashed

down on Ikoko, who held her hands out. Two separate bursts of molten lava smashed into Methionyl, knocking him to the floor. Ikoko shot a grappling hook to the ceiling, swung around, and dropped on Methionyl's body. He recoiled and collapsed to the floor. Ikoko seethed and remembered something. "For 10,000 mopopos, can you be a good person?"

Rin finally made it back to Sono I, carrying Zek's unconscious body on the back of his ship. Rock was

waiting for them, sending robots to carry Zek's body away. "It's over," said a voice from the darkness. When Rock shot him with a laser, he collapsed backwards, frozen in place. Rock dragged the body out, seeing a man smiling back up at him. His eyes were white, all white, but he was alive. "Hello." The eyes flashed red and the person's body exploded. FSSSSS! Smoke flew everywhere, blinding Rock. The only thing he could see through the fog was the man's bright red eyes, staring straight through him. "You have not seen... the last...

Ashes

of me..." Then he fizzled away, sending a tsunami of blood rushing at them. Rock started to scream when the wave consumed him, sending him flying into a building and going limp.

"Winter? Are you alive? Are you awake?" Winter's eyes opened, her mind rushing with memories of the Torture Complex. Shapeshift. Rock. Wright. No-Am. Shapeshift. 

She slowly swam up through the tank and pushed open the trapdoor at the top. She burst out, drowning in the

light, as thousands of ecstatic Pogs cheered. "We saw you stirring in the blood tank. We thought you were alive and called for your name." Winter slowly climbed out and greeted the Pogs, smiling and turning to see all of them. "Where's Shapeshift?" she asked, while all the Pogs mumbled amongst each other. "He'sdead," a Pog murmured. "What did you say? I can't hear you?!" Winter cried. "He's dead. Shapeshift's dead." 

Rock awoke atop a building, where two figures stood

above him, trying to wake him up. One pulled back his hood, revealing a completely robotic head. "You don't know who I am, but you can call me Roboboy," he hissed, turning to the other figure. "Show yourself." The other person pulled back his mask, revealing a familiar face. A scrapper face. "And you can call me Scrapdrone," the masked man added. "We're members of the Transcend organization, and we need a warrior like you."

                  Secrecy 

"I don't know why you had to knock me out," Rock complained as they walked into the building. They were not on XXS43, and definitely not on Mentite. It was a planet completely new to Rock. Roboboy appeared behind him. "We've been trying to recruit you for weeks now. We already recruited Zek and Ikoko Glipokee. We hope you join us." Roboboy turned to see two people flinging spells and kicking at dummies. "Those two are Twohead and Rubybug." "What kinda names do you guys have?!" Rock boomed, causing a large animal to swoop down and grab Rock. "WHO'S RUBYBUG?!" he

called as the animal tried to drop him. He grabbed the animal's neck and hopped on its back, steering it down to the ground. "What the heck is that?!" Rock cried, dropping to the floor and groaning. "I don't like flying," he said, vomiting on the floor. He slowly got to his feet and turned to Rubybug. "Who?!" Rock asked again, swaying and looking into Rubybug's eyes. "You know her as Lauren, a scrapper." "But - she died!" "Yes. A lot of our members were brought back to life, such as Twohead, or Shapeshift." "SHAPESHIFT?!" Rock boomed.

"Yes, and we just sent Muscle, or Zek, to retrieve the Pog Winter." 

Queen Winter smashed a chair into the face of the Transcend member that came. Muscle collapsed to the floor, charging Winter and shoving her to the wall. "Backup," he rasped, backing to the wall and raising his hands. Winter seethed and rammed into Muscle, when he squeaked "We need you to join the Transcend." "What's in it for me?" "Shapeshift is alive."

"Winter!" Rock greeted Winter and Muscle at the base of the Transcend. Rubybug and Twohead were working on a robotic Pog when he saw Winter. He prepared to flip his hood back when Roboboy clapped his hands, shoving Twohead to the wall. He collapsed in a heap of black cloak, causing Rubybug to gasp. Rubybug clapped her hands, choking Roboboy to the floor. His hood flapped down, revealing a shiny robotic head. Roboboy's eyes were circuits with complex wiring systems. Winter grabbed one of the cloaks and threw it on. Rock was
