Our government is like a jazz band. When it
works together it's music to the ears of the
American people. Each has different parts, or
branches, that work hand in hand to do the
best job possible. Even there are independent
branches, they all follow principles or given
rules so that each branch may stay in check.
So here's how the three branches of our
government are related to the instrumentals of
a jazz band.

Our government is like a jazz band. The
legislative branch is the work horse of
our government, just like the roadies
and manager of the band. They are the
people force behind the whole
operation. Aiding the band members is
their job, keeping the people happy is a
must. Money is collected and dealt by
the managers (used to buy necessities),
and if they fail to make sure the band
plays good songs, they are sure to be
replaced.

Our government is like a jazz band. The
executive branch is the up front and
public part of the band, just like the
singers and instrumentals. They are the
song writers, the tourers, and the idols
of the operation. As you may think that
the trumpeter/singer is the only
important one, there's always a vice
and cabinet to add to it. They are who
the people think are in charge, however
usually it's a different story.

Our government is like a jazz band. The
judicial branch is the rule making, law
centered venue for the band. If the
managers or band get a little too power
hungry, the performance venue is
always there to remind them who really
decides whats going to happen. The the
band and managers may do whatever,
but it must be within the "constitution"
of the owner of the locale.

Our government is like a jazz band.
Each branch of the band must follow a
set of principles in order for the whole
to be successful. It isn't set in stone,
but it's a given that when the branches
of the band follow them, they're more
successful.
