Once upon a time, there lived a red crab, named Edith. 

Edith lived at the bottom of the ocean with her fish friends, 

Evan and Elaine.

Life at the bottom of the ocean was simple. They woke up in 

the morning, ate their breakfast, brushed their teeth, went 

to school, did their homework, played a little bit, and then 

ate dinner and went to bed. 

It was a fine life, but something was... missing. 

Edith had big dreams. Big dreams of swimming with the 

dolphins.     

Edith never told anyone of her dreams because she felt that people 

would just laugh at her.

She did not want anyone to make fun of her.

One day, Edith felt like she could not hold her secrets anymore. She 

called her friends to meet in their secret hiding spot under the sunken, 

abandoned boat.

When Evan and Elaine got there, Edith started to tell them how she 

wanted to swim with the dolphins.

Evan and Elaine looked at each other and started to do exactly what 

Edith feared they would do.

They laughed without control until they started to have air bubbles come 

from their noses.

As Evan and Elaine laughed, they saw that Edith was not 

laughing.

They stopped and asked if she was serious.

Edith replied, "Yes, that is my dream".

Evan and Elaine both had their doubts about Edith's 

dream.

She was a little crab trying to fit in with large dolphins.

Evan and Elaine did not believe that Edith could do it.

Edith knew in the back of her mind that her friends did not 

have faith in her.

Her friends not having faith in her made her want to go for 

her dreams even more. 

Now she wanted to prove a point.

One day, Edith sets out on an adventure to find 

where the dolphins lived.

She did not tell anyone where she was going.

She knew that she was not suppose to wander off 

from home, but she did it anyways.

She had a dream. She did not want anyone to stop 

her from achieving her dream.
