One day, a young boy named Emmet was watching a movie about Polar bears. Emmet wondered why he had never seen a polar bear in real life. He lived in a small town in California. He wondered about all the other animals that he had never seen before. 

Emmet had read many books about explorers who had traveled across the world and saw many cool things. He decided that he was going to explore all kinds of locations across the world and find the animals that lived there.  

First Emmet packed a book bag with food, water, a map, and a survival kit. Then, he said goodbye to his parents, and they wished him good luck. Finally, Emmet began his adventure, starting in a boat and headed out to the ocean.  

Emmet decided that he wanted to get a look at life under the water, so he hopped into a little submarine. Under the water, Emmet saw fish and coral that were all colors of the rainbow. He saw an octopus that changed colors and a pod of dolphins that danced around in the water. It was amazing to see all the creatures that lived in the ocean. 

Emmet decided it was time to adventure to the next location. He parked his submarine and began hiking into the desert. It was incredibly hot there. Emmet had to wear a hat and drink tons of water to stay cool. He walked past many cactuses but did not find many animals other than small lizards that were running around. 

Using his binoculars, Emmet could see a bunch of camels walking on a path together. The humps on their backs were much larger than he thought. While Emmet was admiring the camels in the distance, he had stepped on something and heard and rattling sound. It was a Rattle snake! Emmet decided it was time to leave the desert.  

Emmet’s next adventure would be to the jungle. He had always wondered what animals lived up in the trees. He put on his rain jacket and began exploring. Emmet heard lots of birds singing while he maneuvered through the long vines and tall grass. Hanging from a tree, there was an adorable koala munching some leaves.
