This is Park City Ski Resort. My family and I love to ski and snowboard. We come here every year. I wonder how long it will take me to snowboard down this hill with my handy dandy stopwatch.

Wow! It only took me 5 minutes to get down that small slope. I wonder, how long it would take me to get down the biggest one? It looks like my elephant sure had a fun time in the snow!

Even though Utah has mountains, Utah is still a desert. There are lots of places in Utah that are dry and have few plants and animals. Let's go explore the desert!

Welcome to the desert. It is really hot and sunny out here. Look at all the different creatures that live in the desert. I wonder how many different kinds of animals I can find!

I found a rabbit, a turkey, a grasshopper, a horse, a caterpillar, a snake, a beetle, and a mouse. Oh, and my elephant of course! There are lots of different kinds of animals that live in the desert, even though it is hot and dry.
