The Latitude festival is a music festival that takes place in HenHam Park, Suffolk, England. It first took place in July 2006 and it has been held every year since. The festival includes a comprehensive line-up of musicians, bands and artists across four stages - the Obelisk Arena, the BBC sounds arena, the Sunrise arena and the Alcove.

La Tomatina is a festival in Spain where people throw tomatoes and create tomato fights for entertainment. The tomato fights go on for a couple of hours. The festival is held on the 30th of August. You first have to climb a pole and get the ham on top. Then the fight starts.

The Rio Carnival is a carnival held every year in Brazil. It is known for its samba dancing and creative bright costumes. The festival started in the 1700's and over 2 million people go to it each day. It starts on a Friday and ends on a Wednesday. This carnival is considered the biggest carnival in the world.

Halloween is celebrated in other countries such as UK, China, Brazil and Japan. The colours orange and black are most associated with Halloween.
