Stan was at lunch, with his 

class. Stan had already eaten 

all of his lunch. He ate a peanut 

butter and jelly sandwich, with 

a bag of potato chips. But Stan 

was still hungry.

Stan looked to his left and 

noticed his friend Pete had 

animal crackers. Stan really 

liked animal crackers and 

wished he had some.

Stan thought to himself 'Hmm 

pete and i are friends maybe if i 

ask he'll give me a few. What if he 

says no? I'll be hungry for the rest 

of the day. Maybe i should just 

steal a few he'll never know the 

difference.' Stan thought about his 

options and decided to just steal a 

few.

As Stan was reaching over to grab 

some animal crackers Pete began 

to turn around. Pete saw Stan 

stealing his animal crackers. 

"Stan why are you stealing my 

crackers?'' "Well, i was hungry 

and i saw you had animal 

crackers, so i thought it wouldn't 

matter if i took a few".

"Stan if you just asked I would 

have shared them with you." 

said Pete "I'm sorry Pete for 

taking your food without 

asking.'' " I forgive you Stan, 

hey Stan,you want some 

animal crackers?" "Yeah thank 

you Pete you are a great 

friend"
