 The monkey king would swing on trees for bananas this is called automatic processing.

once upon a time there was a Monkey king who lived and ruled all monkeys.

the monkey king would also practice on learning kun Fu known as effortful processing

the baby monkeys are training on how to swing on the tress and this called effortful processing

the monkey king would spend hours if not days learning each kung Fu skill as his form of memorization is this known as the spacing effect 

The Monkey king would read all the Kung Fu chapters associated with letters  about the earth water,metal,wood and fire this is called the shallow processing 

When the Monkey king was finished with reading each chapter of Kung Fu he would make summaries and notes of each Kung Fu skill this is called Deep processing 

Storage

the frontal lobe is a very important part of the body in the brain,the brain is a very important part of the body.The frontal lobe is the part of the brain which helps from long term memories. 

long term memories are what helps us remember things like our birthdays. 

its also a part located in the brain. The hippocampus is important in the explicit memory system,the explicit memory system is a place where memories are formed for later use 

did you know the hippocampus was named after a seahorse? it helps me remember things like in my head like Kun Fu without the hippocampus then i wouldnt be able to learn Kun Fu and remember it

another very important part of our implicit memory system is the cerebellum. what does the  cerebellum do ? so its a part of the brain which helps with explicit memory where news or information is stored and brought up again 

The Basial Ganlia is part of our implicit memory System. Implicit memory is what allows you to do the things you do every day. The Basial Ganlia is important to our memories because it helps with learning including memory 

The Amygdala and Memory attaches memories with emotions for example when your parents yell at you you are more likely to remember this event occurring because emotions are attached

The syntactic processing is what allows us to make sentences and know which sentences make sense when its understood. 

Memory processing on the other hand is when news is presented to you and you're able to remember it like when someone tells you what their name is and you store just a fridge storing food.
