One day one year old Adam was playing with the soft blocks in the toddler room. His teacher saw him playing with the blocks and recommended that Adam try to put some smaller blocks into a container.
To her amazement Adam could put the smaller blocks in a container after she showed him how to do it.
The next day Adam and his teacher played a game of hide and seek, where the teacher hid the soft blocks and Adam had to find them and see if they were under the blanket.

During outside time Adam and his friends were enjoying a play date outside, when the teacher decided to draw some shapes on the sidewalk and asked the kids what shape was the blocks in the classroom by pointing to the shape that represents the blocks in the room.

While they were outside the teacher decided to play another game with Adam and his friends. She asked them can they could point to something outside that is shaped like one of the shapes they talked about that represented the soft blocks.
Adam pointed to the slide but it was hot to the touch so the teacher told him he was close but to avoid touching the slide because the sun was beaming down on it and it was shaped like a rectangle, but good try.
