To Mom and Dad, my roses. REAL roses.

1995
Once, but not so long ago, there lived a girl named Maya. She loved animals and they were her heart.

Her best friend was a squirrel. The squirrel’s name was Ruby. They looked for special treasures every day. And yes, every day. Maya didn’t go to school! But, don’t worry, her mother was a retired teacher.

But one day, they found a rose. Roses never grew where she lived. Hmm… how could there be roses?

But, as soon as she said the word “roses”she saw spiraling 3D light, and it was taking her somewhere!

When Maya arrived, she was in a forest. Then, a voice said “Welcome to the forest of truth! I will tell you deep secrets about yourself.

Then, right after the voice stopped, she was flying! Maya landed in front of a diamond. Well, the diamond of truth to be exact!

Maya tuned around, and words were in the sky! They said: “ Your parents are kidnappers, find real parents.”

So, again, she was flying! It took her to a neighborhood. The same voice said: “ Find them here. Your parents are here.
