


Once upon a time there was a 30-year-old man named Paul who was sedendary and obese because he wasn't the kind person who liked to work out, go for a walk with his dog or anything. He only lay there on his couch or bed with his food and TV all day long. He was like that because of his addiction to eating fast food and drinking soda. He really hated eating vegetables or fruits. He only cared about food which was full of fat, salt and sugar, in other words, junk food. Something fast and tasty that was all he needed. Because of his addiction, he started to feel kind of tired just doing his daily routine activites, like simply going to the bathroom and back to the couch, taking the trash out, etc...

He hadn't felt that way before so he decided to go to the doctor to see what it was. the doctor told him that because of his diet he eventually got obese and developed a heart and liver problem which could lead to his death if he didn't turn his life around.















He was afraid to die so he started to go to the gym and went to the dietician.
Fifteen days later he returned to the doctor and Doctor Vidal recommended that he had to eat less junky food.
When he arrived home he looked his fridge and he realizes that everything is junk food there are only 4 tomatoes and 1 ball of lettuce, he give the vegetables and made a salad.




And it was hard for him to accept to stop eating junk food but he took the first step

Then he decided to empty his fridge and cabinets and go to the supermarket to buy everything new from food to brand-new sports clothes. He had been eating unhealthily his entire life, so he didn't know what to buy to have healthy food in his fridge. To find some guidance, he decided to ask the man next to him:
-Hi, I’m so sorry to bother you, but I’ve been eating unhealthy my entire life and I’ve decided to make a big decision and change today. However, I don’t know what to buy, could you help me?
- Hey man, of course, what are you looking for, anything specific?

- Not really, just something healthy.
- Alright, I got you!
So they went around the store and bought the healthiest and the best food items that they could find.
Later that day they Paul found out that the man’s name was Chris and that he was a very good nutritionist, so Paul asked him for help with his nutrition and Chris gladly helped him and recommended him the most effective and the tastiest plates he knew.
Then on his way home, Paul decided to stop at the local gym which was recommended by Chris because one of his friend ran in that gym and also because it would be effective for Paul

to work out, so he made the smart and spontaneous decision to register.
The following day, Paul went to the gym. When he got there, he got really nervous and intimidated by all the muscular men and women around him, when suddenly a tall and muscular man approached him:
- You must be Paul, am I right? Hi, I’m James, Chris’s friend.
- Oh, hi… Chris told me about you, and now that I’ve met you, I was wondering if you could give me some tips on how to lose weight…
- Of course buddy, let’s get down to it.







And that’s how Paul started to have the motivation to go to the gym daily, because he knew he had a friend who would help him whenever he needed and would teach him what he needed to know to achieve his goal…
Two weeks later Paul returned to the nutritionist Chris and Chris say:
- He lost 30 kg.
Paul was happy, he now weighed 75kg and now for his height he had a reasonable weight.
Then he talked to her new friend James to meet for run, James liked his idea and are seen at 5 in the park.
