There once was a girl named Caroline who loved life. She was 28 years old and she lived in Canada. She had always led an active life and had always had healthy habits. She had a great self-esteem and she was always in a good mood. Her happiness was contagious. Lately, however, she had become increasingly addicted to her mobile phone because she spent a lot of her free time on social media. She was always watching videos or chatting with her friends and it had begun to interfere with her sleeping patterns. She was unable to sleep well, and struggled to focus on other activities because she didn't rest enough. In time, she started feeling lazy and her brain got often tired. She felt unable to think clearly.

The girl continued with her healthy lifestyle, going to the gym every day and making sure to dedicate her time to other activities and keeping away from the mobile phone.
She started to explore her new city and she became more active. She took an active interest in her community and volunteered at local charities that helped people in need. She started to take up some new hobbies such as painting. She found that she was quite talented in that area and she was able to express herself in ways she never had before. She also started to take up classes in photography. She found that activity brought her joy and helped her relax and enjoy life to its fullest.

She began to meet new people and found her place in the world. She was no longer the isolated girl she had been before. The girl also made sure to keep in touch with family and friends, making sure to keep those relationships strong. Over the years, she was able to keep her phone away and use it only when she needed it.

The girl was taken to the psychologist and she shared with him all her feelings. She told him how she felt bad, how she was always on her mobile and how she couldn't concentrate on anything and she also stopped eating well, and she didn't listen her parents and friends.
The psychologist was patient and listened carefully to her. He told her that it was normal to feel like that, but that she needed to find a balance and make sure she was not neglecting other aspects of her life. The psychologist gave her some advice:
-You can practice meditation as it relaxes the body and do physical activities to help with mental health. And you can go to the gym nearby. It’s run by one of my friends and it can help you better.
-Thank you for helping me, I will try. I want to get back to a healthier lifestyle. Then she decided to follow his advice and went for a walk every day and to the gym.
In the gym she met a guy and they became gym buddies He helped her with her workout.
