Dinosaurs

Do you know what dinosaurs are capable of? If you don't, then let me tell you millions and millions of years ago dinosaurs roamed the Earth. Many people think that human existed during the dinosaur time, but it is scientifically proven that humans did not exist. Nearly 65 million years passed before people appeared on Earth.

              Velociraptor

Velociraptor is a small genus of small dinosaurs that lived about 71 to 75 million years ago. Velociraptors were agile predators that likey hunted small mammals and reptiles. Velociraptors gained immense popularity due to its portrayal in movies and literature as a cunning predator much larger than it's actual size, often being compared to a mordern day bird but in reality, they were about the size of a turkey and covered in feathers. In conclusion Velociraptors represents an important link between modern day birds and dinosaurs.

                Triceratops 

The Triceratops is a large hebivorous dinosaur known for its distinctive three-horned face and massive bony frill. This dinosaur  lived during the Late Cretaceous period, about 67 to 65 million years ago. As a herbivore, Triceratops primarily fed on vegetables such as cycads and ferns. It had a beak-like mouth that allowed it to clip plants successfully. Recent fossil discoveries  suggest that Triceratops were very social with evidence that they might have lived in herds rather then being solitary creatures. In summary, Triceratops is notable for its impressive sizee and its three horns.

             Stegosaurus      

Stegosaurus is a well known genus of herbivorous dinosaurs that lived during the Late Jurassic period , approximately 155 to 145 million years ago. The Stegosaurus are mostly characterized by its distinctive kite-shaped plates along its back and spikes on its tail, making it one of the most recognizable dinosaurs. As a herbivore Stegasaurus primarily fed on low lying vegetation such as ferns and cycads. Despite its massive size , Stegasaurus had a relatively small brain, about the size of a lime , which has led to misconceptions about its intelligence. Lastly Stegasarus remains one of the most iconic dinosaurs due to its unique physical features and fascinating history.
