Don't do anything mean to other animals.
Make wise choices and never steal!
Every day, Blue and Yellow would leave their parents and go exploring. Yellow’s mother would remind them everyday to not do anything mean towards other animals that they do not want to happen to them (“Confucianism.”). Blue’s mother would remind them to make wise choices and to not steal (Elliot).

TRADE OFFER
20 tree leaves + 20 seeds

One day, when Blue and Yellow were exploring, they saw another elderly giraffe. He was selling a brand new, limited edition, hoof shoe. These hoof shoes were made out of trees and seeds glued together by sap. On the sign it said, “ 20 tree leaves and 20 seeds to trade for these shoes”.

Lets go get the leaves and seeds!
Why don't we just steal it?
Blue told Yellow, “ Let's go get the leaves and seeds so we can trade it for the shoes!”. Yellow suggests, “ Why can’t we just steal it? This old guy can’t chase us down.”. “Remember what my mother said about making wise choices and to not steal.” Blue said (Elliot).
They started arguing on what they should do. Blue insists on collecting the leaves and seeds but Yellow insists on stealing the shoes.
At last, they stopped arguing and decided to go back home.

Remember that he is still your friend and you must treat him with kindness.
Blue went home and he talked to his mother on what happened.
His mother told him, “Remember what I told you everyday. Make wise decisions and never steal.”
“Yes mother, I remember that, I am just worried that Yellow is going to steal the shoes and our friendship is going to end.”
Mother stepped in and said, “ Whatever happens between you guys, remember that he is still your friend. Even if he is your enemy right now, love your enemy, and continue to treat him with kindness.” (“Christianity”)

The next day Yellow was missing. Blue was looking all around the savanna for hours and did not see Yellow.
After hours of searching for Yellow, Blue had an idea of where Yellow could have gone. Blue went back on the same path they went yesterday, where they saw the elderly trading for the shoes. Halfway there, Blue ran into Yellow. Yellow was wearing the brand new hoof shoes.
Blue said angrily, “Did you steal them?”
Yellow said, “Of course, I lost him coming back so he’s not going to catch me.”
Yellow ran off excitedly, while Blue was angry.

Blue knew what he had to do. Blue started collecting leaves and seeds from all around his area. While Blue was collecting these items, Yellow was going on his own adventure running around the savanna with his new shoes.
After 5 long hours Blue finally collected all of the leaves and seeds.
