This story is dedicated to all patients out there around the world.

The movie begins when the reporters from the news announce the tropical storm named Allison brought in Houston, Texas. The Disaster Agency thought that Allison is out in the area of Houston Texas but unfortunately it goes back to strike. The lives of many people are impacted by Tropical Storm Allison, especially those of Memorial Hermann Hospital patients.
It started when the flood began affecting the hospital's basement, where blood packs are stored. Nurse Jeanette and the two nurses successfully transported the blood packs from the blood bank refrigerator into the delivery container and securely delivered and exited the basement.
The backup generator in the hospital has also lost power due to the flood. The hospital has begun to suffer with patient care, particularly in the NICU and OR, because these patients require electricity medical machines to support their needs.
Fortunately, all of the hospital personnel are trying their best by reverting to basic abilities. Nurse Jeanette walks to the power department to inform the Guard on when the power was restored, and then she and Dr.
Foster witness below that the flood is rising and it is impossible for the hospital's backup generator to restore power. They began to argue about how they saved the patient, and eventually both agreed to evacuate the patients from the hospital.
Dr. Foster contacted various disaster agencies for assistance in moving the patient promptly to another hospital, and Nurse Jeanette persuaded Mckema, the hospital's owner, to approve the plan. Nurse Jeanette called and gathered all of the personnel, including the off-duty nurse, to discuss the evacuation plan for the top priority critical patients.
Jody was tasked with leading the community volunteers who would transport the critically ill patients. Dr. Estrada and Nurse Lily are tasked with preparing the neonates for evacuation. All of the staff assumed that there would be no more available transportation for the newborns, but thankfully, the head of FEMA requested assistance from the Army to securely evacuate the neonates. As a result, all patients at Memorial Hermann Hospital, including the elderly, were successfully evacuated.
"The Nurse is the Heart of the Hospital".
This phrase explains that nurses are the ones who have true compassion inside the hospital because they prioritized the safety of the patient from harm to prevent further risk to their health. Nurses also learned to empathize with the patient like putting on their shoes just to understand what they truly felt about their condition.
They sacrifice their time just to provide for the needs of the patient because most hospital today is understaffed with nurses. Nurses are passionate about their job because they give all their life just to serve the patient’s needs. The nurses provide physical, psychological, and emotional support to the patient. Nurses also know to establish rapport with the patient when doing rounds in every room they visit.
Other healthcare professional focuses on the disease of the patient but in nurses, they focus on the needs of the patient on how to promote health and prevent illness. Nurses in the hospital are very flexible in their job because they can be assigned to the o area such as OR, DR, RDU, ICU, Ward, etc. Being assigned to other areas gives them knowledge and skills on how to handle patients properly related to their certain needs.
They make the hospital connected as one because nurses can be seen anywhere inside the hospital to make it a smooth transaction when the patient is admitted or discharged from the hospital from their health concerns. That is why, it explains this phrase that the nurse becomes the heart of the hospital.
