To Mr. Rogers

Back then, they used to call it the,"3 mile island." We don't call it that anymore. Nowadays we call it, "The island smothered in the smog." It was an enclave surrounded by the state of Pennsylvania. The accident had impacts on the environment. Amounts of radioactive matter were released into the air and groundwater. On the landscape, studies back then showed minimal overall effects on the ecosystem and aquatic life. Or so that's what they thought...

The government had tried to divert the issue away from the public, making us think that, "It was no big deal," and stuff like, "It was a partial meltdown." But one took it upon themselves to venture into this secluded island. His name was Ryan, a man who lived on the Susquehanna river, and specialized in cartography and studied demography. He had witnessed first-hand of when the reactor melted down. He knew there was something they were hiding there. He had to find out.

Ryan then started his journey to the Island of the smog, not telling anyone but his brother. He was prepared to document everything he sees. He brought along with him a journal and synthetic paper, for he was going to map the new landscape of the island and reveal it to the public, since the island doesn't show on the GPS, and it was a deserted ecumene.

THE ISLAND OF SMOG

Ryan mapped out the whole new island, and decided it was time to go back home. But he didn't feel good. It felt like his lungs had worsened, probably due to the smog and the radiation.

When Ryan was admiring the old artifacts left from the meltdown, he stumbled upon what looked to be a relic boundary. But he ignored it. That's when he saw something he couldn't believe. A gravestone. It didn't look too old, so it meant it was pretty fresh. Had other people tried to discover the secrets of the island? Have they ventured here for the same reason as him? Does that mean...that everyone who tried coming here...NEVER MADE IT OUT ALIVE?????
