This book was written with the participation of our students who were in the project. Some students wrote their feelings and thoughts about the activities. Some students also illustrated their feelings and thoughts. The text and pictures were brought together to create a book containing the students' feelings and thoughts about the activities they participated in at the end of the project.

NATIONAL DISHES
GREECE, TURKEY, POLAND, GEORGIA
Food is an important part of a country's culture. Food culture differs between countries and even within a country, it varies from region to region. Students tried to cook different dishes from different countries at home with the support of their parents.



Some of the dishes we liked very much (like Kubdar), while others we did not like very much. Some of the dishes were very similar to those of the countries we share the same geography with. For example, the stuffed pepper dish of the Greeks and our stuffed pepper dish were the same. The only difference was that in Greece they also hollowed out the tomatoes and added rice.




Overall, it was one of the most tiring but most enjoyable activities. If we had the opportunity, we would have liked to get to know different dishes from different countries (China, Mexico, etc.). I think it was a very useful activity in terms of introducing different cultures to students.





NATURAL AND HISTORICAL BEAUTIES OF COUNTRIES
Working on the e-twinning project, our students had the opportunity to see beyond their borders. As we know our world is very limited, moving from home to school and some more sites ,not far from our residence for most of us.


We realized that there are beautiful places not only around us but also far from us. We saw places that are totally different from what we know.
Places in Poland,such as the Salt Mine, or in Turkey ,Cappadocia, with the hot air balloons in the sky, the modern buildings like in N. York, in Georgia, Batumi and the interesting old town in Tblisi, were some of the sites we discussed more with our friends.

While meeting the natural and historical sites of each country, we found some differences and some similarities to the ones we already know.

With the end of the project we feel that we learnt so many things, it’s like having visited each one of the countries.

SONGS OF COUNTRIES

The musical works of countries are important works that reflect their culture. Musical works offer a cross-section of experiences and experiences in human life.


We had the opportunity to get to know different cultures by introducing the musical works of different countries. We interpreted the lyrics of the musical works.

We sang the songs together. We even wanted to sing pieces we didn't have to sing and obviously enjoyed it. We witnessed the universality of music in every language.




Likewise, when we saw that our own songs were sung with different pronunciations in a completely different geography of the world, a different joy filled our hearts and a smile covered our lips.
We loved to sing songs from different countries. We had fun with our friends.
