Currently it is mostly accepted to classify Human Rights only in: Civil, Economic, Cultural and Environmental.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, form the legal context of Human Rights.
