Examples of Human Rights

Right to life, survival and development;
Right of priority;
Right to identity;
Right to live in family;
Right to substantive equality;
Right not to be discriminated.

International Treaties and Agreements that guarantee International Human Rights.

Characteristics

1- Cannot be suspended or withdrawn

2- They impose obligations on states and state agents.

3- They have been recognized by the international community.

4- They are protected by the constitution and laws.

5- They protect individuals and groups.

Types of Human Rights

Currently it is mostly accepted to classify Human Rights only in: Civil, Economic, Cultural and Environmental.

Legal Part of Human Rights

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, form the legal context of Human Rights.
