They go to different schools for one reason or another (could be private versus public school, or one's parents are particularly protective) and live nearby. Okay so let's say that they begin dating online after meeting in Genshin Impact, and then eventually meet in person, but have to keep it from their parents (because they want them to finish school first or something). Does that sound good? How about we make Asher 18 and Hana 17, so they are close in age but still at high school? Also, do we want them to have a third wheel friend for the drama? Cuz i think its good enough!
Now let's start the drama ladies and gentleman!
Asher was running a little late to his math class one day, carrying his math notebook, pen, and backpack. Despite being a little late, he knew perfectly well that Mrs. Smith would be annoyed and tell him to sit in a corner, and maybe even dock him a few marks for being tardy.
Just as Asher turned the corner into the math classroom and began walking towards his desk, he stopped in his tracks. In the corner of his eye, he spotted Hana, standing a little way off with her arms crossed, looking around angrily as if searching for someone.
"Huh? Did you need something?"
Asher walked over to Hana, but stopped when he noticed her arms were crossed, as if she were angry or annoyed about something.
"What's up? You look a little impatient," he asked curiously, tilting his head slightly.
Hana sighed and uncrossed her arms, looking up at him sheepishly. "Um, sorry to bother you, but this is probably a strange question, but do you have a pencil I could borrow?"
"A.. pencil? Yeah sure," Asher said, digging through his backpack for a few seconds, before producing a basic wooden pencil.
"Here, take this one, I don't need it for the next class."
Hana took the pencil and smiled sheepishly.
"Thanks, I was a little late so I forgot to grab one before coming in. Anyway... I'm Hana, by the way. What's your name?"
Asher was surprised by Hana's friendly attitude.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Asher. Oh... I just realized we're in the same math class!"
Hana nodded, and then turned her attention to the pencil, using it to write some notes the teacher was saying.
Asher leaned against the wall and looked at Hana, noticing her long, dark hair for the first time properly, and her small stature which seemed like it made her even more adorable.
It was a few weeks later, and Asher and Hana had developed an online friendship as well as their friendship in real life. As they were talking on their computer while playing Genshin, they talked about various things, like their respective school life.
Suddenly, Hana mentioned that she had a bit of a secret from her parents, but asked Asher not to tell anyone. According to Hana, her parents were a little more laidback compared to his, and wouldn't mind her dating.
Asher had always thought that he was rather lucky with the way his parents were, but now he had heard about this girl who had it even easier with her parents. Suddenly, a jealous streak started to brew in him, and he almost blurted out, "I wish I had parents like yours."
But he bit his tongue and kept these feelings bottled up for now.
"Yeah, that's nice. At least they're not like my parents," he said with a sigh. "Why is it a secret though?"
