When we look at the sky with the naked eye
or with a telescope, we see the sun, the moon, billions of stars, planets, asteroids,
comets or meteorites.
Lina was very excited. The next day, a trip to the observatory was being organized at school and she had never to the observatory before. She was always thinking about the trip because she was so excited, she couldn’t sleep.

All her colleagues were curious, they had never been to the observatory before. Lina had great emotions the night before the visit.
She was describing space, the planets to her brother. Will he also see a meteorite? She fell asleep thinking about the trip.

She woke up by her mother saying: “Wake up little astronaut! Today is the big day!” She was very excited about the trip; she ate her breakfast, she got dressed up and got on the school bus.
When she was on the school bus, she sat next to her friend Lily and they talked about how excited they were! When they arrived school…

Everyone was talking about this visit: what will they see? How many stars are în the sky? Is it hard to be an astronaut? The teacher invited them to get on the bus to the observatory. When they got there, they saw the bright panels with information about the solar system, planets, the formation of the universe, space mission, asteroids, stars, the evolution
of stars and their formation.
The astronomer invited them into a dark room, and there…

A voice said: “Get on the cushions and lay on them please.” They didn’t even realised the cushions, they were too excited! they stared to a wall, A 3D realistic screen was opened. It was about the life of astronauts and the universe. They learned how the stars were made, and how big the universe was! Everyone was impressed. After the little movie, they went to another place and the teacher wanted for them to line up. Some assistants helped them to wear special outfits and got on a platform. The assistant told them to jump, as soon as they jump they realised they were jumping so high! It was like they were on the moon!

They jumped so high, they flew past the planet Jupiter.
- It's a beautiful planet! they all shouted.
- The clouds form brightly coloured images that change shape all the time because of the winds, stronger than any hurricane on Earth. Don't get too close! said the assistant. Jupiter emits dangerous radiation.

After Jupiter, they went to another planet. This was a very hot planet. When they jumped a little more, they consciously realized that it was very close to the sun. "Yes, this must be Mercury," said Lina!
Kezban Eser

The journey through space continued with the hottest planet, Venus. Although it is the second planet from the Sun, Lina is surprised to learn that it is much hotter than Mercury. After a careful observation, she finds that it has dimensions similar to those of the Earth, being the third natural object in terms of brightness in the night sky, after the Sun and the Moon.
Being curious, Lina searches for the satellites of the planet Venus. Although she looks closely, she finds that she can't find any satellites. Lina is super excited about the glow of this wonderful planet.
