This story is about a 12 year old named Bailey Jones. In this book Bailey learns that she should always be herself no matter what other people think of her. Bailey plays volleyball and loves to crochet. She is determined and compassionate and likes making others proud not only does she seek for making others proud but she is super smart and creative. Honestly, Bailey only wanted to play volleyball for fun, but her parents were super competitive and they put a lot of pressure on her to do good and be the best.
All she wanted to do was keep working on her crocheting. She was really good at it and she loved it so much. There was just something about the way the soft and smooth yarn tickled her fingertips that made her forget about all the stress she was going through.
She quietly tiptoes to her room, hoping her parents don’t hear her.
