Encourage students to keep an emotional journal every day. Expressing the emotions they feel by writing can increase their emotional awareness.

From Spain, we have made emotions diary along the week.
Then, we'll work emotions through the tale of "Th Gingerbread Man".
We celebrate three parties at the school to give importance to women as well as the peace day on the 30th January.
Lastly, to work calm, mindfullness and awareness, just think calm who we are and be grateful.
