One day a man who looked rather strange came
to a nice little town. The nice little town was
known for many things and the town was called
Suburbia among all things

Whether it was the white flowers that
decorated every lawn or the humble folks that
would say hi to everyone they saw

Countless small mom and pop shops that
sold all kind of things such as candy that
was quite dandy. Rainbow lollipop, red
apple taffy, and smooth, milky chocolates
of all sizes that would make a child’s eye
glister were in the countless candy shops
that surrounded Suburbia.

Suburbia was happy with things being the
way they ought to be. Of course that all
changed, when the strange man came to
the nice little town.

The strange man was rather tall and
rather slim, not to mention he was
dressed all in black. Plus with his large
black hat you could not see an inch of his
face. So the man walked around
looking rather strange and not a single
person in this nice small town would
even say hi. The best he could get from
the people of Suburbia was whispers
behind his back and unusual stares

That was until one little girl came to the
strange man and asked, “May I ask
strange man what is your name?” Slowly
the strange man looked down at the little
girl and said, “I thought no one would
ask, my name is Sir James.” “Sir James
why did come to this town?” said the little
girl.

“Why the answer is quite simple. You see I have a rather large
pimple,” Sir James responded as he took off his black hat and showed a
rather large pimple and smiled to show off his dimples. “Those nice
dimples give you a beautiful smile it is a shame that your pimple looks
so ugly and vile,” said the little girl. “Yes that’s why I dress in all black
including my hat because no one would like a man with a face so ugly
like that,” cried Sir James. The little girl said, “Calm down. There is no
need to frown, I’ll just bring you to a doctor and soon you will be a
much better looking man.”

So the little girl and Sir James went to the
doctor, but the doctor said there was no cure
for his pimple and said, “You’ll just have to
deal with it.”

Sir James felt quite sad, but the little girl tried to cheer him
up, “Your pimple is not that bad. I’m sure if people knew
you they would know you’re a good man.” “How would
they know with my ugly pimple? I was hoping to come to
this town to find a cure and make my life simple,” sobbed
and cried Sir James. “I know! How about we put you in a
competition and then everyone can see how great of a
person you can be!” exclaimed the little girl. “That would
be great, except I am not a very competitive man. I’m
good at drawing and that’s really about it,” replied Sir
James. “That’s a great idea you’ll join the art show!
There’s going to be an art show in downtown Suburbia’s
art museum.” “I suppose I could try then maybe people
will like who I am,” replied Sir James.
