Once upon a time, there was a wonderful dog that found a home in a new world. He was a mighty dog that could do anything he wanted. He was looking for a new home. He wanted to find a new home. He flew over mountains. He flew through the universe. Looking for a new home. He searched high and low for a family that was just right.

He wanted a family that was happy to have him with them all the time. He wanted to play fetch. He wanted to have friends. He wanted human friends and dog friends; even some cat friends would be nice. He wanted to lay in the grass and look at the clouds.

He hoped that one day he would find someone who would rub his belly and call him a good boy.

Then one day he found a family. He was not sure they were the right family. They liked to play but they had long days when none of them was home, and he was left all alone.
He decided that he needed to move on. The next family he found had too many animals.

Then he thought he had found the right family, but they would not play with him.

The next family was a little too loud. They played music and tv all the time with no downtime.

There was a family that was mean to him. They would yell and push him around.

There was a family that would not talk to each other. They would not even sit in the living room together.

There was a family that played but had no kids. He really, really wanted a kid to play with.
The next family had a great dad. There was a wonderful mom. There was even a great kid. There were animals but not too many. Even a few cats to be best friends with.
