The Writting Process.
The writing process refers to the set of steps and stages that a person follows when composing a text. This process generally includes several phases, which may vary slightly from one author to another, but generally follow a logical order.

7 STEPS OF THE WRITING PROCESS.
Pre-writing.
Prewriting is the stage in the writing process where the writer engages in planning and idea generation before actually starting to compose the text. During this phase, the focus is on brainstorming, researching the topic, outlining key points, creating a concept map, or engaging in any activities that help gather and organize thoughts about the subject matter.

DRAFTING.
Drafting is the stage in the writing process where the writer begins to put their ideas into sentences and paragraphs to create the initial version of a piece of writing. During the drafting phase, the focus shifts from planning and organizing (as in prewriting) to actually constructing the text.

RESPONDING.
Generally refers to providing a written answer or reply to a question, promp or message. This can be done through essays, emails, letters, or other forms of written communication.

REVISING.
Revising is the process of reviewing and modifying your first draft to improve the clarity, coherence, and organization of your writing. During the revision phase, it is important that you focus on aspects such as the general structure of the text, the fluency of the ideas the coherence of the arguments, and the appropriateness of the tone and style to the target audience.

EDITING.
Editing is a stage of the writing process in which a writer or editor strives to improve a draft by correcting errors and making words and sentences clearer, more precise, and as effective as possible. The process of editing involves adding, deleting, and rearranging words to cut the clutter and streamline overall structure.

Evaluating.

Evaluation helps us identify our weaknesses and work to improve.

Post-Writing.
It is the writing process in which written text is shared with other people.
It helps students reflect and review their writing based on comments from an audience with emphasis and order so that they can organize their ideas and express them strongly.
