(T-rex) is my favorite animal. It is one of the largest and wildest predators of all time.

What does the name "Tyrannosaurus rex" mean?

"Tyrannosaurus" means "tyrant lizard" and "rex" means "king" in Latin. So, Tyrannosaurus rex means "King of the Tyrant Lizards".

T-rex was a carnivore. It hunted other animals to feed. The teeth of T-rex were very sharp.

Why were T-rex's arms so small?

One theory points out that as the T-rex's head grew larger, its arms became smaller to keep body balance.
