This book is dedicated to my beautiful children Robert  &  Lulu, who have been so patient and supportive throughout my studies and the completion of this book,

Bobby's school had planned a trip to the beach. 

This was something new for Bobby, which made him feel worried!

Bobby told his teacher Miss Merry how he was feeling!

Miss I haven't been to the   beach before.

I'm scared of the water!.

That's ok Bobby, lots of people feel worried about going to new places.

I have something that should make you feel a little less worried, and help you through the day at the beach.

The next day, Miss Merry showed Bobby some pictures of the beach and some of the activities that he can join in with, without going into the water.

Miss Merry gave Bobby a plan of his day at the beach.

Pictures helped Bobby to understand what will be happening at each point of the day, this made Bobby feel less worried about going to the beach.

The next day Bobby played in the class sand tray, building sand castles with his best friend Lulu.

I like the feeling of the cold sand on my hands.
