It all started when Chase was trying to score in Pokemon Unite with 9 seconds left. They needed this if they wanted to win. "No!" Maddox and Chase both screamed in frustration. They had been so close! If only there had been a fraction of a second left. But it was too late. This was the fourth game they had lost in a row. They decided to try once more and began to strategize. That's when Lucy, one of Maddox's dogs, spilled Chase's water bottle on both the boys' iPads. That's when everything started to change.

We had been sucked into the game. "What the........." said Maddox. "Choose your Pokemon!" said a voice that Chase nor Maddox could locate. Maddox looked around and then saw a large floating panel with all the Pokemon he owned. That was when he and Chase realized that they had been sucked into Pokemon Unite. Then another voice said, "If you wish to return to your world Yshilover and eRocCT08, you must win your 2 v.s 2 battle against Mewtwo and Meowscarada; two of the best players in the game. 

"Chase looked at Maddox with horror. Maddox had gone completely pale, from head to toe. Then they quickly realized that they only had 10 seconds left to choose their characters. Maddox chose Mew, his go to Pokemon. Chase chose Aegislash. (If you play Pokemon Unite look up the usernames and we will actually have these Pokemon) Soon after they had selected their preferred Pokemon, the battle was in full swing. Mew quickly killed some wild Pokemon while Aegislash stalled for time with the enemy, sacrificing himself so Mew could dunk a 12 for the first points of the game.

Mewtwo and Meowscarada copied Chase and Maddox's plan. Mewtwo held off Aegislash AND Mew without dying while Meowscarada made quick work of wild Pokemon. After that Meowscarada dunked a 20. Mew and Aegislash fought heroically but were losing badly enough to the point that they were struggling to get out of their own zone. Finally, Rotom appeared. Mew and Aegislash were already near their base so they hopped into it where they were protected and jumped right to Rotom. They easily knocked out Rotom and headed on the attack. Along the way they collected a couple of points by knocking out wild Pokemon.
