First take any colour LED and an Arduino UNO board. Then put the big leg of the LED in Arduino 13 pin and the small leg in GND pin.
Then go to https://www.arduino.cc/en/software
and download Arduino IDE 1.8.19 software. After downloading go to File then Examples then Basics then blink.
