Hi, my name is Johnathon. This story is about my life with Avoidant Personality Disorder

Avoidant Personality Disorder makes me feel very scared of being around other people because I'm afraid that they think that there is something wrong with me. 

I feel like all eyes are on me all the time. I feel like I am not as good as others, and I think that people think I'm not fun.

I also am afraid to try new things because I might embarrass myself.

Because of how I feel around other people, I spend a lot of my time alone. That way, no one can judge me or see any mistakes I make. Being alone all the time makes me sad though.

My dad was worried about me because I wasn't making friends so, he decided to take me to the doctor for help.
