One morning, Catherine was sitting in her room,
on her new and shiny Apple laptop. She was
finishing off her homework. Someone knocked on
her oak brown door, and in comes in her father.
His shoes made clicking sounds as he came
towards Catherine.
“Hi dad.” Catherine said.
“Hey Cat. I want to talk to you.” He said

“Sure. What’s going on?” She asked.
“Okay, you need to select how you are going to
ride to school. Either you ride with Spencer,
you’re skateboard and her wheels, Wren, or you
ride with Brie, your bike, and her handle, Nikki. I
know it’s going to be hard for you to decide, but I
need you too. I give you three days’ time, then
you tell them. And by the way, the other vehicle is
going to your brother Mike.” Catherine’s dad
replied as he left her room.

Spencer was a normal,
beautiful black colored
skateboard. She didn’t
have many components,
unlike Brie. Wren, her
best friend, was the only
component and friend
she ever had. And she
was very happy with it.
Spencer and Wren were
both so nice, and kind to
everyone, while Brie and
Nikki were the opposite
ones.

Brie was a normal
bike for an average
teenager. Catherine
had got her a few
months after she
had bought Spencer,
with Wren. Brie was
dark and light blue
in color, while Nikki
was black in colour,
like every other bike
handle. Brie had a
lot of components,
but Nikki was her
best friend.

After Catherine’s dad left,
Catherine closed her bed
room door, without
knowing that Brie and
Nikki were listening to
their conversation.
“I want Catherine to
choose me. I don’t care.
We’re going to destroy
Spencer, so Catherine has
only one option. To
choose us.” Brie said.

“No Brie. Even though you’re my best friend, I
won’t let you do it. Work for what you want.”
Nikki said.
“Really? Help me or you’re replaced.” Brie hissed
as she walked away. Nikki had no choice but to do
what Brie said.
