Oh, hello! My name is Genesee of the Senecan tribe! I am on a trip to visit some relatives, do you want to come along?

The first stop we have is to visit my cousin Halona! I have not seen her since she was very small and I am excited!! She is a member of the Mohawk Tribe near what you think of as Ontario

Halona! You've gotten so big!! How are you doing?

Wonderful!! Since French settlers came here we have gained lots of goods that we didn't have before! They aren't too keen on the idea of our tribal mother, but still we have gained an important alliance!!  They keep asking for a way to reach "The Northwest Passage, but we have no idea what they mean by that

That sounds wonderful!!! But aren't you worried that they won't continue to be kind to you?

Sure, we are a little worried about that, but so far the Settlers have shown no ill will towards us

That was so much fun!! I am also happy that the settlers have so many amazing goods to trade with!! I wonder what the interactions with the other Europeans are like..... But we are not done on our Journey yet!! Next to visit my second cousin Deganawida of the Onondaga tribe!! The region is very cold, like home so I have not much need for a change in clothing since it is close to home.

Deganawida it has been so long!! How are you doing? What have your experiences with the settlers been like?

I am well, and as for the settlers... The English told us they were friends but I have heard rumors of them stealing and attacking others... So I do not trust them. They want to invade land that does not belong to one people and move us out in the process.
