On a spring day in March, a beautiful baby girl was born premature, way earlier than mom and dad expected.
She was so tiny she had to spend 26 days in the neonatal intensive care unit. She was so tiny, her dad was almost too scared to hold her.

The doctors told mom and dad that their little girl had an enlarged right ventricle in her brain and it most likely would affect her motor skills. This really concerned mom and dad.

As time went on mom and dad noticed her development was not on pace with others her age. Sure enough, the doctors were correct in their prediction and this beautiful girl was diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

As much as mom and dad were determined to not let this interfere with her life, they soon realized this girl had determination and will like no other.

She endured years of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and surgeries to help her condition. Yet she always had a smile on her face.

To mom and dad's amazement, she learned how to walk, run, ride a bike, fish and wake board. She made bracelets and slime and big messes all over the house. Most of the time she was her own therapy giver.

She was the sweetest thing ever and she loved everyone and everything.
