Once upon a time, on a bright sunny day, a girl named Prim had been practicing for her soccer tournament. However, today she felt different.

Prim had felt dizzy and light headed the entire day. 

Quickly, Prim passed out and her mom ran to check on her. Her mom noticed that she was feeling abnormal and decided to take Prim to the hospital.

Once Prim and her mom arrived at the hospital, the doctors asked her a series of questions.
