It is time to go to Willow's yearly checkup.  Mama Chicken and Willow hop into their blue car. They start  to drive through the town to the doctor's office. Willow is excited to see Dr. Capybara, but every year she gets nervous. Mama Chicken always help Willow feel better once they get there.

Hello there Dr. Capybara! It is Willow's time for her checkup!

Hi Willow! It is good to see you again! Hop up on the table, so we can start your checkup. I will start with listening to your heart.

Willow hops up onto the table and Dr. Capybara checks her heart beat. 

"Are you having any chest pains or shortness of breath?" Dr. Capybara asked.

"I've been having a little shortness of breath, but not much," replied Willow.

"Does heart disease run in your family, Mama Chicken?" 

"Yes, some of our family gets heart attacks," Mama Chicken responded

"Willow has a slight chance of getting a heart disease. Don't worry because I will show you how to avoid it!"
