this story is about a dragon who was an outcast then becomes a great ruler and protector.

Once there was a dragon named Chime. She was kind and pretty and very curious about everything around her. But she was also scared of other dragons except for one named Xavier. they got along with each other but the other dragons laughed at them all because they couldn't breathe fire. So both tried to breathe fire but neither could so they kept trying and then Xavier breathed a blue fire. Chime was so surprised and told Xavier that he was a blue fire dragon. after Xavier discovered this he went to the other dragons leaving Chime alone.       

Chime was determined to breathe fire even if she had to go into a volcano. And that's where she went to a volcano but she was unsure about going into a volcano because Chime only learned about this through a legend of the legendary dragon named Rhyme.      

So Chime went back home to study the book and to see if the legend was real and it was she asked her leader and he confirmed it was real. Chime asked if he knew which volcano it was that Ryme jumped in he said he didn't know but gave her some advice. She went home still amazed that the legend of Ryme was real, and then she saw her ex-best friend talking to other dragons. Chime was hoping not to get noticed but she did and Xavier started mocking her on how she still couldn't breathe fire.      

She told him to stay out of her business but he didn't he just kept mocking her then she snapped she lunged at Xavier and scratched his eye. After that, Chime ran home, determined to find a way to breathe fire. She dug through the books about the legend. I found one that described the volcano Ryme fell into. She came out with black, firey breath. After she read all the descriptions of the volcano, she set out to find it and vowed not to return until she found it.
