True joy
By Baharyousefifar

Like every day, the sound of the phone alarm rang—the same alarm that went off at 5 a.m. and was snoozed multiple times.
Sara's life had become like the repetitive days of the week: empty and aimless. She was searching for purpose and motivation, but she didn’t realize that she needed to take action for purpose and motivation to appear on her life’s path.

While waiting at the bus station, eager to get home as quickly as possible, she would drift into thought, and the meaning of life became an even bigger question for her. She started looking for self-development books, thinking
that perhaps she needed to improve herself to find peace. That’s what she was searching for: a sense of peace, and every day, her search grew more intense.

that perhaps she needed to improve herself to find peace. That’s what she was searching for: a sense of peace, and every day, her search grew more intense.
On the first day, she reviewed some self-development books and realized that discipline leads to peace and success. This made perfect sense—when everything is done in its proper place, stress decreases. And when there’s no stress, the chances of progress grow exponentially.

On the second day, Sara listened to self-development podcasts and realized the importance of relationships. She learned that building connections has its own methods and requires careful attention to details, such as active listening and maintaining politeness in interactions to prevent harm to relationships.
Sara also discovered how significantly body language impacts a person’s emotional state. Why? Because she herself didn’t stand up straight,

and this had a noticeable effect on her confidence. She decided to share this realization with Mina.
Sara: "Mina, did you know how much body
language influences our daily interactions?"
Mina: "Yes, I’ve listened to some episodes about it and tried some of the techniques. They’ve really helped me build more successful relationships."
Sara: "Wow, that’s amazing! You have to teach

me what you’ve learned. Do you have time?"
Mina: "Of course! One tip is to maintain eye contact while talking to people, and avoid closed body language, like crossing your arms. Crossing your arms gives off a defensive or disagreeing vibe."
Sara: "That’s so interesting! I had no idea about these things. Thank you so much, Mina, for sharing this information with me."
