Grammar: Present Tense is a grammatical tense that describes actions or states of being that are happening right now.
Structure:
AFIRMATIVE FORM: S + AM/ IS/ ARE + PREDICATE.
NEGATIVE FORM: S + AM/IS/ARE+ NOT + PREDICATE.
QUESTION FORM: AM/ARE/IS + S + PREDICATE +?

Whenever you speak about the 3°-person singular add S to all verbs at the end.
Example: She plays in the house. Juan works every morning.
Don't forget that there are some exceptions and irregular verbs with different spelling.
