My 4th grade students prepared and had a wonderful breakfast! So , we all together prepared our fruit salad! We used seasonal fruits such as apples, oranges, pears, mandarins, bananas and exotic fruits such as mangoes and raspberries

We prepared our greek breakfast eating honey and tahini with bread or yogurt.
Fruits such as bananas, mandarins, apples.
Vegetables such as carrots and cucumber.
Orange juice and water.

We created our healthy breakfast with fruits. Instead of any kind of meat we created Fruit souvlaki Each child chose the combination of fruits he wanted for his souvlaki and created his own fruit souvlaki

We all made a fruit salad together! We used apples, oranges, pears, bananas. We seasoned it with healthy yogurt.

Fresh fruit - a good start to the day !!!

Ingredients:
Oat flakes
Milk
cottage cheese
yoghurt
banana
blueberries
Preparation:
soak the oatmeal with milk in the fridge for one day
mix the cottage cheese with the yoghurt.
Layer, spoon in the cereal
bananas, cottage cheese, blueberries.
