Max and Emma drove to the park for their afternoon adventure. As they parked the car, Max looked at the dark woods in the distance.
“I’m a little afraid,” he admitted.
“Don’t worry! We’ll be fine,” Emma said with a smart smile. “Let’s start our walk toward the forest.”

As they walked deeper into the woods, they saw a star shining through the trees. It was a beautiful sight. But the trail they were following was getting far from the main road, and Emma could feel the air growing sharp with coolness.

“Let’s take a part of the trail we haven’t explored yet,” Max suggested. They moved off the beaten path, stepping carefully over the rocks and avoiding the thick underbrush.
